Twice I’ve been here now and I’ve had questions about getting a convertor that would hook up my computer to the speakers in my apartment. The people working there were extremely unhelpful. Not only were they not knowledgeable about any of the products in the store, but they were texting on their phone when they were helping me! I had to repeat my questions several times before they actually address my question. Most of their items there look like they have had dust on them for a while. This speaks to how often people go into the store to actually buy something! I am not sure if this store is representative of the other Radioshacks, but I am going to think twice before stepping into another one of these stores again.
