This is my third home I am looking to purchase from Georgia to Maryland and now in Virginia. I must say that this inspection is by far the best that I have ever had. I really appreciate the detail that the inspector put into his work. The quality of the report is second to none. Not only did he list the issues that he discovered with the home he took pictures and put them into the report, to me that is what separates this inspection. I am purchasing a home from another state and this really gives me a great peace of mind. The inspection document is well typed giving great details into every aspect of the inspection. If you are purchasing a home or would like your current home inspected there is no other choice. Thank you ProCraft for the great service!!!

I’m the owner of an Allstate Insurance agency located in Hampton Roads Virginia. I have known ProCraft Inspections more so Brad Brinke for many years. I have personally used ProCraft Inspections for my own properties along with referring them out to my clients on numerous occasions. I have never, not once received a complaint or issue with them. They are timely, affordable, and thorough. I would highly recommend Brad and ProCraft Inspections, so much so I put my name on the line. Thank you ProCraft… Thank you Brad… Great Job!

I am a Realtor, and I have worked with Brad on several transactions. The latest was when my husband and I were buying our primary residence. Brad was easy to reach on the phone to make the initial appointment, and when we had to reschedule, he was understanding and flexible. The day of the home inspection he arrived early with his colleague and started on the exterior inspection. Moving indoors, they split up and were able to complete the interior inspection efficiently and quicker than if there had only been one person doing it. Brad answered our questions throughout the process, and explained their findings in detail at the conclusion of the report. We had a great understanding of the issues that needed to be addressed, and other items that might come up in the future because of the age of the house. A couple weeks after we moved into the home, we smelled gas near the gas meter. We called the gas company and the rep told us that there was a gas leak on our side of the meter, and they disconnected the gas and said we had to have the repair made before the gas would be turned back on. Our plumber explained that the leak was from a corroded pipe going from the meter to the wall of the house. The pipe fell apart as he attempted to move it, so it was really bad. Since we had just had the house inspected a few weeks earlier, I contacted Brad to find out if this type of thing was something that should have been addressed on the report. I sent him pictures of the issue and info from the plumber. Some of the pipe was visible, but there was also a PVC sleeve on part of the pipe. Brad said it probably wasn’t something they could have seen from their visual inspection. But, even though he thought that is wasn’t anything they could have found, he offered to pay the invoice for the plumber. He went above and beyond to make sure things were right, and even though he wasn’t at fault he insisted on helping us pay for the repair. He is a stand up guy, and it’s an honor to do business with him!
