Lots of electronics. I work for the Center of Bioelectrics at Old Dominion University Research Foundation so I came to pick up an order. Terry was emailing me back and forth. I did take one star off as Terry the gentleman upfront made me wait around as he was on the phone. I was a paid customer he should have helped me at first and placed someone on a brief hold. He had me waiting over five minutes until a nice gentleman came out to help. They charge too much for delivery so if you’re in the area stop on in instead! It’s not crowded ever from what it seems as well!

I’ve found myself here twice now and both times the service has been incredibly helpful. Unlike the big stores, the guys who work here know their stuff.
I came in looking for a jumper today for two pins to get my thermostat working. I was out the door just a minute or two later. A simple fix that saved me from replacing the entire unit. Obscure battery sizes was what brought me in before, but Jeff has stopped in for a few random projects and has always found what he needed. Today’s trip also proved to be a nice stop for a small gift. A magnetic telescoping flashlight with adjustable mirror for that geek I know and love. Always make this stop before trying to tackle the super suppliers.
