I hired this company for a client. After they showed up 20 minutes late for the appointment without calling, they claimed there was pet odor after seeing the dog. This home has no odor, and is very clean. They also failed to mention that they would not clean the carpet in the closets of the bedrooms either… and this is a vacant home. Their ‘manager’ was very rude, uncooperative and refused to let me speak with the owner when I called. ‘M’ made it very clear that the owner would not be interested in speaking to me and laughed when she said «no matter what number you call you are still going to get me.»
I am very slow to give a bad review… but their disrespect and the customer no-​service I received was not what they advertise on their website. I gave them an opportunity to resolve without a negative review, but was hung up on and told not to bother calling back.

I had an apointment for them to fix their mistake at full cost to me and they showed up 3 hours late and when I asked for them to clean a small rug for free considering all the trouble and they refused and said it would be full price! Horrible customer sevice! Find someone else!

This is the worst company I have ever had come out to clean. I had issues with the guy at first but I was able to resolve them because u wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but after he did the work I noticed stains still on the carpet… called because I thought I would get a nice response since I tipped him and everything but I was met with argument and genuine unconcern. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. Wished I would have read the reviews beforehand. Oh and his van left the worst oil stains in my driveway.

The tech, Brenton, did a great job with our carpets. He even got a stain out of a pottery barn chair for us! He was on-​time, fast, and very courteous. I would use them again and would recommend them!

The technician was 2 hours late and rushed through the job. He did a 3 story house in 18 minutes. Needless to say it doesn’t look good. I was promised a deodorizing due to him being so late and that didn’t happen either. I paid an extra fee for what I was told was a tough stain that he didn’t get out and told me that he couldn’t get it out but refused to give me my extra fee back because he used a «special» chemical. I will never use this company again it was a horrible experience and really a waste of my time not to mention now I have to pay another company to do it right.

Technician was very prompt. Seems like he rushed the job and tried to upsale a solution that clearly wasn’t needed. The carpet is new. Took longer than we were told for the carpet to dry.

Worst service EVER!
They were 1.5 hours late for the appointment and didn’t even apologize. Didn’t tell me they were running late. I had to call only to be told they have no idea what the problem was. They didn’t use any chemicals to clean the carpet. Water only! Left on 20 min. Didn’t move any furniture. Didn’t pre-​treat any stains and wanted to charge $ 20 per stain, which would have added $ 80 to a charge. Ridiculous. What? Don’t use them. My carpet is soaking wet, not clean and I’ll have to pay to get it done again.
