I got my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes done here today for the very first time. I usually go to their sister company, Wynn Nails but Sam was out of town and I was in desperate need to pamper myself so they told me to go here. To start off, I got my eyebrows waxed. I said to just clean them, I like my thicker eyebrows. She waxed them completely off. Then I got the eyelash extensions which are usually flawless by Sam (they said they do them the exact same) so I like it when they fan out. Shorter in the corners of my eyes and long on the outer corners. I said VERY natural multiple times. I have two caterpillars on my eyelashes right now. Yes, I only spent 34 dollars for both which isn’t bad, super friendly and fast. I’ll give them that. But I have never been so bummed about leaving. I’m currently steaming my face and trying at home remedies to get these eyelashes off.

Worst experience in my life. They are forceful rude, con artist. The place is filthy they don’t properly sanitize their equipment. The cheese grader they used on my feet was just rinsed off in my dirty pedicure tub where my feet were still soaking. They charged me for services I didn’t receive. I was screamed at for over 10 minutes by some angry worker. I left without even having my toes painted or a massage. My husbands toes were bleeding from them snipping the cuticles too much. I was embarrassed. Owner is just as rude I paid 90 $ for 2 very basic pedicures. I left before my pedicure was done because I continuously asked the woman to stop yelling at me and wouldn’t. I’ve already contacted better business bureau and health departments

I can’t really speak for the Mani and pedi services but I can say that I went in to get my eyebrows waxed … I’m EXTREMELY picky about how my brows and lashes look… Amy did my brows and did an AMAZING JOB!!! I live in Hampton now so this place is really out of the way for me but I don’t care I’ll be there regularly to have Amy work her magic!!!

Ok my sister and I came here and our experience was awful. I got a manicure and pedicure and she just got a pedicure. My pedicure consisted of pretty much nothing and my manicure was inadequate (uneven nails) I felt they treated my hands and feet like step kids. They didn’t even want to put a base coat on my nails. The décor was nice but the place was dirty. My sis chose the 24 package and I got the 26… I was better off getting the 24 because basically there is no difference. And when my sis questioned the price difference for the service the lady acted as tho she did not understand and blew the subject off. Just know I will never come here again.

Okay I know this isn’t just a coincidence now. For the 2nd time in a row I have gone to this establishment and then the next day I have all these red itchy bumps on my lower legs!!! I don’t think it’s the scrub they use because I’ve been coming to this same business since 2011 and never had an issue. This place has to be dirty or something because this isn’t the first time.
I won’t be returning. I love the people who work there they are so sweet and I love the prices but my legs are so itchy and broke out!!! What the hell???
