Unfortunately the administrative/​clerical staff are rude, impolite and disrespectful… Not all of them but there is a woman who works there named Annie who kept telling me when I was scheduling my appointments that Dr. Allen was wrong when he diagnosed me… She isn’t a doctor… She is just very ignorant. She also kept asking me for money when my health insurance was covering my office visits… And then she didn’t know how to file the insurance claims… And when I asked her how much money I owed for my doctors appointment her answer to me was «I don’t know»… Maybe she should find another job…
