Followed Lauren over here from OV shop. It took me more than a year after returning to Norfolk to find a stylist that was as talented as I had gotten used to in Europe. She is a very very talented hair cutter and colorist. I’m so thankful that she can finally, as the new manager, make appointments! Oh and as a bonus to any of you guys reading this… She is very pretty to look at and an all around genuinely nice person.

Saw a man in the seat getting a cut and I walked right in and my friend and I got spontaneous hair cuts. Amazing service and great stylist who knew what she was doing. The fade/comb over she gave me was perfect. Highly reccomend Reagan Sherman. She’s the stylist that cut my hair.

The only good thing about this salon is the location. I came in to get a hair cut before work and was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait, but I’m still waiting after over an hour. The stylist are chatting away with each other instead working. Not a professional place and I won’t be returning.

I go here sometimes to get a haircut because its close to work; however, im not ever coming back. A few times ive had to wait a long time to be seated even though there were no other customers in the store. On two occasions ive had to come back because my hair was extremely uneven and patchy since they only go over it once with the razor. Other times I just had a friend fix it. Sometimes they grind away at the scalp to the point where ive had blood. Im in the military my hair is not that hard to cut. I could do a better job using a leatherman and no mirror. Never again coming back again.

I LOVE this beauty shop! My second time attending i was a walk in i was seen by Octavia (SP) She was very professional as well as efficient! I came with my 4A/4B hair slightly blowed out looking for a trim and a wrap. She was very gentle with my mane he blow dried my hair a little straighter and flat ironed my hair she used heat protectant with out my request! She also did a wonderful job of trimming my ends and not chopping off to much of my hair! She did an outstanding job. my services totaled $ 26+ tip. i would definitely recommend Octavia or Quisha!

This place is terrible waited for 40 minutes with one customer getting a haircut while the other four employees sat around doing nothing when they finally did get to me the act of getting my haircut was extremely uncomfortable as the women was grinding the clippers against my scalp, I half expected to be bald with a bloody head when I looked in the mirror upon completion but instead I just had a subpar haircut. Will never go back but I should have known I wasnt gonna get a first class cut from a place called the hair cuttery
