Bob’s Boat Trailers

I was looking for a Magic Tilt all welded trailer and Bob’s is a preferred M/​T dealer. Its quite a distance from Philadelphia, where I live, but it is the closest dealer to me. I was able to arrange for the purchase long distance and pick up the trailer on my way to vacation in North Carolina.
My boat is a Shamrock and an inboard, so the trailer had to be custom built to support the hull correctly, get the proper tongue weight and avoid the water intake and the keel. Bob worked with me to obtain all the pertinent measurements the factory would require to fabricate the trailer. After the trailer was made, we arranged to meet on a Saturday morning so that they could transfer the boat to the new trailer properly. Everything went smoothly, including the title transfer for my old trailer, which was getting scrapped.
The only down side was that I paid upfront and did not get a receipt during the process. I had to trust that the trailer would be there when I arrived, which it was. Bob’s s trustworthy, but a little old school.
