The folks at AutoZone in Norfolk came through in a crunch and did it with a smile. Driving from South Dakota to Kansas in a rental car, we stopped in Norfolk when the car started smoking and it was clear I was leaking power steering fluid. On a Sunday afternoon, John and the staff here were ready to work.
They hooked me up with the fluid, and John gladly took a look. He fixed the completely detached hose in a few minutes and threw in a free hose clamp. It was clear these people cared more about service and getting us back on the road than they cared about getting an up-​sell. That’s refreshing.
