Acclaimed Tent & Party Rentals

I was very happy with the whole process of working with Acclaimed for my wedding. Christina was very helpful and friendly on the phone and via email. She got back to me within 24 hours and was very patient in explaining their tent/​lighting options.
I can’t get over how hard their crew worked on putting up and taking down our tent for our wedding weekend. They don’t get enough credit for how much they put into this as well. So without a question I would recommend Acclaimed to anyone looking for tent rental and lighting options for any event!

We used Acclaimed for a wedding. Chairs tables and a speaker/​microphone. No problems until pickup when they came over, picked up everything, signed that they did inventory and had everything, then went on their way. 30 minutes later the secretary calls and says the crew forgot a microphone and if I don’t drop it off (from suffolk) in the same day I will be charged. I PAID for pickup so I said I won’t since it was their error they can correct it by picking it up any time.
I ended up going in to return the microphone. I spoke with the owner to try to get a refund on my pick up fee since I had to return the item myself against our contract… He gave me a $ 10 bottle of wine and said that was all he will do take it or leave it.
They are rude and the service is horrible. When I arrived the owner was outside cussing at employees for lifting items «wrong». Would not reccomend for anyone there are plenty of other businesses offering the same services.

DO NOT USE ACCLAIMED RENTALS! I called to get a quote and was referred to their online form to request the quote. I filled out the form and 3 weeks went by– I never heard anything. I called, informed them that I had waited 3 weeks for a quote and was asked to dictate our needs over the phone. I did and was told that I’d get a quote in my e-​mail in one hour. Well, 1 WEEK goes by. So, I called again to ask for the quote over the phone and to speak to a manager. My information was taken and I was told a manager would call me in 30 minutes. That was 3 days ago.
I never got my quote. I waited over a month for it. I spoke with 3 different people. I don’t care how good their rentals are, they are NOT trustworthy, reliable, or worth dealing with in the slightest.

Acclaimed is my go-​to for event rentals. They handled my wedding and did a fantastic job. The staff walked us through the ordering process and had everything set up and looking fabulous well before the event. I also use Acclaimed regularly for work functions and they are great about making sure we have everything we need. It’s a pleasure to do business with Acclaimed and I certainly recommend their services to anyone in need of event rentals.
