Veranda Knolls Apartments

I absolutely love living here! Right around the corner from the river, bank, grocery, a couple restaurants! The biggest apartments I could find any where in this area. It’s a little pricey, but well maintained. Have never had any issues with maintenance or the management! Nice clean pool. Gated community. Not to big of a neighborhood. Actually know quite a few of my neighbors. Planning to renew for another year!

We live here now and loved the layout and apartment when we moved in. The personnel in the office are nice and very sweet. Will we be renewing our lease? Absolutely not. The premises are dirty. Trash overflows on a weekly basis and we live right in front of the compactor. The landscaping in front of our apartment is terrible. Dirty pine straw that’s been done once in the five months we’ve lived here. A huge black iron railing fell behind our building and has been laying on the ground for 3 months. A washing machine in the laundry facility was broken for two months, filled with dirty stagnant water. (not sure if that has since been fixed we finally rented our own) Two vehicles have been parked in front of our apartment window for 6 weeks and one vehicle, with a flat tire has finally left. The other is now approaching 8 weeks of sitting in the first spot adjacent to the entrance of our building. (I complained to headquarters and received ZERO response) Now, the icing on the cake? The keycard scanner to get into our complex, made of brick, has been hit by a car and looks like it’s ready to collapse. That is now over a week with no repair. It appears that they will rent to ANYONE, our neighbors are teenagers and party all hours of the night. If you have a family go elsewhere. If you want clean and well maintained property, go elsewhere. If you’re only looking for a friendly face in the office, then this is the place for you.
