The fish on my husband’s taco was good, but when I ordered a piece of grilled fish, as listed on the specials board, it came over-​cooked and fishy-​tasting. The guacamole tasted like it might have had mayo in it. We had heard that a restaurant in that strip had tlayudas, but they weren’t on the menu. We won’t go again.

It’s always fun when you randomly pick out a restaurant to try and it turns out to be good.
* Most delicious cheese dip ever: no green onions, no jalapenos, just plain ol’ goood!
* 3 soft tacos for me, listed in order of yumminess: bbq pork with pineapple, cabeza — meat from a roasted cow head, chicken. Plenty of meat on all three but I thought the chicken was way to salty. This could also be because I ate all of the taco meat plain… I forgot to ask for flour tortillas and am not a big fan of corn tortillas.
* For Zac: something resembling a Mexican pizza, with a fried tortilla base that’s topped with refried beans, a bunch of meat, tomato, and avocado
$ 18 after tax and tip for 2. Nice.
