My sister and I went into the store because I needed new sneakers for work. I work longer than 12 hr shifts on my feet for most of the time and sometimes 4 days in a row and suffered from lower body pain. …when we walked in, JT was sooooooo personable and soooo knowledgeable and patient! !!!the rest of the staff was great and funny and professional. After getting my virtual foot imprint and watched me walking and trying on sneakers, I ended up buying a sneaker for work and for the hiking/​trail. We had gone to another store and didn’t get this expertise and attention.

Today my husband and I went into the store looking for a particular shoe, we were met with kindness the minute we walked in. I knew what I wanted so the shop was easy. I was measured on the machine first to see what the pressure points are on my feet and then was measured manually as a back up for width. the salesman ask me a few questions about the shoes I needed. and when I didn’t remember the answer about the last shoes that I purchased he looked on the computer and found the history of what I had purchased. I really like the history that is kept on your purchases, I walked out with the shoes I needed and was a happy customer. I live in Ms., but will continue to purchase my shoes with this store. Thank You, Mohammad for your excellent customer service.

I have always liked the new balance stores (Alpharetta and Norcross locations) This past weekend I stopped in the Norcross location and Sarah helped me. It was close to closing time and she still went over all the running shoes and made shoe selections. She must have brought out like 10 pairs of shoes for me to try (I am in between sizes).
I thought Sarah was very helpful and New Balance continues to be a top of the service oriented athletic provider.
