I don’t normally feel the need to make public comment on my experiences with customer service but today I make an exception. I stopped in this morning for coffee and a quick breakfast. The guy who waited on me was clearly not happy to be there. I asked a simple question about the coffee and he said «Man, I’m not even supposed to be here today… I just came in to this location today». First, I’m not sure how that really answered my coffee question and, second, I don’t really know what that statement had to do with anything or why he would think he should tell me. The woman working with him was walking around with a food order and didn’t know who it belonged to was yelling to the back kitchen, trying to figure it out. She then got angry with the guy at the register because he walked off in the middle of an order. The customer who was placing his order asked her about being in the middle of placing the order and she yelled back «Sir, I’m doing the best that I can». For what it’s worth… she definitely was NOT doing her best. It was too early for such chaos when there were only 2 or three people in the restaurant at that time. I was happy to get my order and leave and went to grab salt and sugar from the self-​serve baskets. Of course, both were completely empty. I would think that since it was breakfast time, that they would have stocked those things at the beginning of the day. I was definitely not going to the counter to ask these two for anything so I just did without and, as a result, the food wasn’t as good and the coffee wasn’t either. It’s a shame that these people are allowed to be the face of this restaurant — they need a strong manager to oversee things before they lose customers.

Employees were super nice. Food was great, food poisoning is not.
Avoid.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. All the employees had attitudes about serving guest. Dinning room was empty and only 3 cars in drive thru but they were backed up? They were constantly getting orders wrong and being rude to customers. I was so appalled I left without ordering.

Literally the slowest drive through you will ever encounter in your life. And you can’t even leave because you’re trapped by the curb.

It’s hard to find a good Krystal. The entire floor in the dining area is sticky I went to wash my hands and the restroom was filthy! All the grease was soaked into the bun on my burgers and the ends were hard on the bread. They forgot to bring out my apple pies with my order so 10minafter I was done trying to eat I went to the counter and he gave me two for the inconvenience. I’m sure that was my last visit.

What is better than a few hot cheese Krystals? Nothing.

Consistently the slowest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Took me 21 minutes to get 3 krystals, fries and a drink. Only one cashier working during lunch hour. The manager didn’t even seem to have a clue. She couldn’t even properly ring up my order and had to get the drive thru cashier to do it. Food was also sub par mainly due to my fries sitting on the counter for 10 minutes waiting on burgers. It’s too bad because I like the burgers but they are not worth this amount of trouble. Avoid this store, I know I will.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I ever been to. They have u in line for 20 minutes just to get yr food. If u looking for some where to go to grab a quick bite. Avoid this place

At what point should you just leave…
After being insulted and talked down to.
Being overcharged…
Waiting way to long for mediocre food in a drive thru…
I should have left but didn’t because because I already paid… But here is the thing… I will never p, ever go back

The highest graded Krystal burger place I’ve ever been to this place has a 100 proudly posted in their window. Same little burgers you can get anywhere and food is hot and cooked to order.

Service Was 3 Star and the Food was 3 Star, it in no was seemed fresh or special, but it was good.
