Worst experience ever. Bought 2 phones and activated a new service spending nearly $ 500. Less than 2 weeks, the battery on one of the phones isn’t holding a charge. Go back to the store and they act like they don’t even know me. Tried to sell me a new battery for a 14 day phone for $ 50 more. Does not stand behind product.
