I’ve gone into this store twice in the last 2 weeks. Every time I’ve gone Allyssa was there working. She is the most patient, sweet, kind person around. She helped with a smile on her face. She’s very approachable. Im moving to Suwanee but I’d go out of my way to come to this location. She never seems bothered or irritated by any of my stupid questions. Always a smile on her face. Great employee!!!

Not helpful. I got sighs and eye rolls when I asked for help and when I’m being charged by the minute on a computer I’d like help. Also when your computer shuts down in the middle of my work, it’s not my fault. So being met with more sighs and eye rolls is frustrating for me too.

I couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful the person working here was the second I walked in. He was on the phone, asked them to wait for a moment so he could answer my question, then continued to help his phone customer. Very friendly and very knowledgable. Example of class a customer service.

Great customer service. I’ve been in this store multiple times. I have to say the staff is fantastic. In this day and age, it’s hard to find people that enjoy their jobs and are willing to help customers. Kudos to the management here who know how to hire and train the right people.
