I came in and ordered a large hot black decaf. They only had enough left to fill a medium cup… So he did then apologized and charged me for a small! THATS customer service! Would come again!

I was not impressed with the donuts. They tasted stale. However, the coffee is quite good.

It was early. We were tired. It was raining. We had time to kill. We knew we needed coffee and sustenance. We knew we needed Dunkin’ to get through the rest of the morning. It was pouring by the time we got here, so we decided to take a ride through the drive through. The menu is pretty self explanatory, so we each made our separate orders, which ended up being the same thing: sausage egg cheese croissant sandwich, which came with hash browns and a coffee(our real reason for coming here). The server got REAL confused when we tried to order plain egg whites for our dieter in the group, so she ended up not eating. You can get an vegetable egg white omelette or an egg white sandwich, but not a plain egg white. The hash browns were bomb. We forgot to ask for ketchup but, seriously, you don’t even need it. The seasoning on that is enough. The croissant sandwich was just a croissant sandwich you would typically find at any fast food joint. Although that croissant was flakier than any fast food croissant I’ve ever had. A solid effort for our sleepy and starved brains and bellies.

Currently waiting over 10 minutes for a toasted croissant in the drive thru. If you can’t get someone at the windows order done in 2 minutes you need to have them pull up and walk it out to them. Just ridiculous. The reason I come here is for pure convenience. And that just went out the window.

Nice, friendly staff. Always fresh coffee! It’s my go to spot for early mornings at work. I’m a regular so they know just how I like my coffee.

I pick up guys here. I mean I am not a puff, but this is a spot I often pick up laborers if I have projects that need to be done. It is right off I-85, their coffee is always fresh, the people working here(both at Dunkin, and those using it as a base) have often been here for years. I like their various kinds of Blueberry Donuts. I love Dunkin’s Pumpkin Cofee. It is outstanding. I’ll often grab coffee here, then quickly pick up egg rolls at Viet Tofu a few blocks down when I am in a rush and in the area.

I’ve had coffee at Starbucks and at McDonald’s and at quick trip but this place always has the best and fresh coffee always and anytime of the day. Just wish it was bigger so I could work while I munch away on donuts and hot chocolate.

Nothing is more rage-inducing than having someone mess with your morning coffee before you’ve even HAD your morning coffee! I’m from Massachusetts, that means that I bleed Dunkin if you’re unfamiliar with how we Massholes roll. That means that in the morning, I need my Dunkin fix. You would think that with morning being the busiest time for coffee-junkies, tiredly trekking on towards their offices, that establishments that serve coffee would be well prepared. Not here, not even once. This morning after waiting in a super long drive through line(which is fine, I expect that and it’s usually a good sign that they’re doing something right) I finally got to place my order. A simple order, I think. A plain bagel with extra cream cheese paired with a medium blueberry coffee, cream and sugar. After repeating myself every way from Sunday to the little talking box horrors, it was time to cross my fingers and pray that they got it right. When I got to the window, I received a small bag and was told to have a great day. A multigrain bagel with blueberry cream cheese. SERIOUSLY?! OK, ok, mistakes happen right? But you would think after such a simple mistake it would be corrected the first time, yes? Oh no. There was so much passing of goods back and forth from my car to inside the store that it looked like a crazy donut drug deal. After 10 minutes from place my order to receiving my correct order(5th time’s a charm?) I was FINALLY on my way to work. Needless to say, I’ll never be visiting this location again. To Indian Trail I go!

I hate, hate, hate this location. It’s right on the main strip of JCB& if your not pissed off about the traffic in this are, or the shady looking illegals in the parking lot you will be put off by the workers who could care less to help you. Skip this one & head over to the other one on Indian Trail.
