I’m thinking the previous reviewer has another company confused as I have used Discount Waste as the only dumpster/​container provider on 100+ retail construction projects throughout the United States, Canada & Puerto Rico in the past few years. Every request is responded to and every email is addressed immediately. We could not ask for better service and look forward to knowing that dumpsters/​containers/​bins are on a low priority for us to price out as long as we use Discount Waste, we are covered!

We are a large general contractor who does work all over the United States. I work with Discount Waste every single day and I have never once encountered the slightest problem. They always reply back within minutes to tell me they are working on whatever I have sent them, and then within the hour to confirm we are good to go. Very professional and understanding even when I need something ASAP, they are always more than patient and willing to call until they have done everything in their power to make it happen! Wonderful company, wonderful people who genuinely try their hardest to please us. Won’t take my business anywhere else.

Don’t bother. Rude, undependable. Pre arrangements were not honored. Called to verify dumpster delivery the day before my roof was to be installed and they acted as if they didn’t know. Didn’t have any record of appointment. Asked to speak with a manager and was told we choose not to do business with you and they hung up on me. Don’t bother.
