I love this place. Came here for the first time earlier this week and was surprised by how nice the interior looked and the display case featuring the desserts made my mouth water. Without a doubt a nicer café than its Panera counterpart. I can’t comment on too many of what they offer as I only got a cookie. The toffee cookie to be exact. Wow! I’ve never even heard of a toffee cookie. Why isn’t this a thing?! I even came back later in the week to satisfy my toffee cooking cravings and even brought a friend because I was hyping it up so much and they agreed! Free wi-fi offered here which is pretty standard for cafes like this and I brought some books and my laptop to do some work and the place was very clean and there wasn’t as much foot traffic as you would expect if you were at a Panera. This is both good and bad. Bad for business, but good for me to get work done without loud distractions.

Second time I placed an order for a business lunch delivery that was erroneous. First time the driver showed up 45 minutes late to a location that they deliver to frequently. They never processed a credit for the first order and during the process of reconciling the first order delivered a wrong order again and proceeded to provide excuses and argue with me. Rule #1 the customer does not want to hear why you are making mistakes — that’s your problem. Just fix my problem and without being contentious. My problem is now satisfying a group of people I’ve promised food and drink to who are not receiving it due to your errors. I’m sure this a management flaw not to be attributed to any other Corner Bakery locations. Had the management been more pleasant I wouldn’t have felt compelled to provide this feedback on this forum.

Harold, who is the manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice helped a coworker and myself order and get acquainted to the restaurant. Food was amazing! I have a large corporate meeting which I will now use corner bakery as my preferred caterer. Keep up the good work, you now have a loyal customer.

They took forever to make my order. My turkey sandwich was wet and there were soggy pieces of bread on my soup. And for $ 10? I’d rather go to Atlanta Bread Company. They’re very fast with orders and it always tastes great. But as for Corner Bakery, I’m never coming here again.

Craving chili, I went today. Food was great. As always, food was hot and staff was professional and polite. I frequent this location. I love the food and the desserts are tasty. I will definitely return.

Was not greeted and for the first time dinning here we had no idea where to go. To the counter. Ordered breakfast so this review is based on breakfast only. The meals were plain but good. The eggs tasted different, could not tell if they were fresh or not. I’m not an eggspert

Horrible service. They just don’t give a f**k. Lost our order, then lied, and lied, and lied about it over and over until we finally asked for a refund, then they lied about that too. They smile pleasantly and ask«how’s everything» while we continue to wait on any food at all, and lie some more about taking any action at all on getting our food to us. They almost never get our order right, but this time we got zero food, none, no food at all. Yet they still ask«how’s everything». What is the proper response to «how’s everything» when we have received no food, only lies? If you say you are going to find our food and then come back 10 minutes later and ask again«how’s everything», what should a normal human being say? We like the food, but they will not get another chance. They have fouled up our orders, and made it completely clear that they simply do not give a f**k too many times.

I would eat here over Panera, which is across the street anyway. CB just seems fresher and the staff here is very friendly. The service didn’t always used to be great but it seems that they have worked on that. I see staff actively greeting customers as they walk through the door and making sure the guests have what they need when seated. It takes some time to get our food. However, if my food is fresh and hot when I get it, I don’t mind an extra couple of minutes to get it. I would be concerned if I got my food immediately that it wouldn’t be fresh. The bakery items here are amazington. So, why not 5 stars… they just need a drive thru!!!

First time to visit. Clean, but could be cleaner(tables, floor). Ordered a bottle water and a fudge brownie with powered sugar. The brownie looked amazing, but looks deceive. It was so hard, like a brick or a lax ball, that it cut the top of my mouth. Not happy! Need to ensure product quality is checked!

Busy during lunch but I am a Corner Bakery fan. I had the salad trio. Great way to sample the menu. Chicken salad wasn’t too impressive but the house salad was decent and the avocado wedge was my new favorite. I will definitely get that again!

Reminded me of Panera as soon as we walked in. Everthing seemed very fresh, and my club pannini was very good. Service was decent, and lots of menu options. Didn’t try a dessert, but they looked awesome.

Great café just like others have said it’s similar to Panera with less coffee vibe. I had the two grilled flats, the BBQ won easily over the Caprese. Service was very nice and helpful in suggesting what to get. I’d be back for another visit.

Corner Bakery gives me the same feel as Panera Bread, but tends to customize your orders more. Willing to switch out of menu items. which I like I often go for breakfast on my way to work when I haven’t had time to make it on my own. I order the all american scrambler with egg whites, side of bacon, wheat toast and the fruit cup. Pretty solid breakfast under $ 7 bucks. I will say the eggs are particularly salty. I’m not sure if its the egg white mixture they use or what, but I have noted the massive salt intake on several occasions. Tip: Call in orders first because the wait seems longer when you are there in person.

I was looking for a good place to have breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Not only was the food and coffee delicious but the staff was excellent. If you want good food and great customer service this is the place to be!

The wait made me forget everything I ordered. For a pancake breakfast dish with a side of eggs and a chicken salad sandwich with a salad… why did we have to wait for over 30 minutes. The manager was nice enough to bring us out $ 5 coupons for our next visit but they will not have to worry about my return. The food was decent but nothing spectacular, especially if it takes that long.

Eating this Avocado & Spinach Panini whilst writing this review. What I stare at in front of me is burnt egg on a flimsy piece of bread with a cold piece of cheese they must have slapped on the sandwich last second(I use the term«sandwich» loosely). I can’t imagine this is their standard quality product because if it was, then the only cars they would see in their parking lot would be the overflow parking for Dicks on a Black Friday. Somebody in the kitchen just didn’t care enough. Now I’m watching a slow moving bus boy in his early 20’s. Pants are falling off his waist as he overloads his tray with a mountain of trash. The 6th object just fell of his tray, but he is determined to bus the entire front with one tray. C’mon man!

So, I’m in town on business. I’ve seen these Corner Bakeries all over the east cost. So I was excited to try it out. So I ordered the RB sammich and pasta. I ordered it take out cause I have this hang up eating alone at a restaurant, idk, what are u going to do :-/ I arrive to pick up the food. I’m waiting by the pickup counter. A female employee approaches to a male employee, while their backs are to me. The female employee states to the male employee. «I have this rash and it iches.» male employee responds, «stop scratching it, you’re getting blood all over the place.» Yah, umm, I paid for the food, cause i’m not that type of person to make a scene. As I walked out, I calmly placed the food in the garbage… I realize that in the food industry, God knows what enters your food outside of the designated ingredients… but I just don’t want to see or think about it when I’m there to pick it up or… eat it. Good Luck T

As far as the food, location, and brand itself I give CB5 stars. The food quality and options is fantastic. The set up is also nice with outdoor seating. As far as the customer service for this particular location, it can use improvement. Firstly, they had several things a on the menu that was either no longer offered. Or out of stock. Secondly, the cashier staff was very unprofessional and tacky. It’s clear that the staff has not under gone customer service lessons or anything close to it. If you can get past the first impression when ordering your food, then you can enjoy your visit to this location.

Corner Bakery is not like Panera — don’t get it twisted. The food at Corner Bakery actually tastes very good, while Panera tastes mass-produced and bland. I’d take CB over Panera any day of the week. I also prefer CB to Atlanta Bread. So why the low rating? The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I was seriously appalled by the rudeness of the two women working the registers — snickering at customers who weren’t ready to order, completely ignoring the people in the pick-up line and then the attitude given to the person in front of me, and then me, while getting our orders? It was completely unwarranted and unacceptable, and I’d be embarrassed if I were running this place with people like this working face-to-face with customers. If I hadn’t paid for my order online when I placed it, I would have walked out. I’ve never walked out of a place before. I’m going to give them another try… and hope that they do a lot of customer service training in the meantime.
