If you have concerns about your skin and treatment options that you would like to have an in depth conversation about, dont come here. It could be that because I have no insurance I value every penny that leaves my pocket and 125 dollars to be rushed in and rushed out doesnt seem worth that. Dr. Cole actually left the room to take a phone call and told me to make a decision on what treatment I would like before I had even finished asking questions. I decided to try the laser for my skin and when I asked on the price she said ill give you a quote and promptly left. Her estheticians came back in and told me a treatment would be 300 dollars which is something I would really need to consider, talk over with my husband, ect. When I asked if I could call them after making a decision they said well can you just sign this paperwork anyway and told me I was done. Dr. Cole had taken a sample of something earlier that she didnt even bother to follow up on with me I suppose because my questions were cutting into her phone time. I walked out, walked back in and asked what the scraping was for, what was being done with the sample.ect. No one knew. They whisked me back to a room, Dr. Cole came in and handed me a pamphlet two prescriptions and said sorry about that, dont get pregnant on this pill. No information on what my skin issue was or things I could do to avoid it. You really just get the feeling you are wasting their time. I would advise you find somewhere else for your dermatology needs.
