Awful! I went there today and ordered a #7: Whiting and wings combo, shrimp fried rice and a 20 piece hot wings. Let’s start with the dry rice with the gross looking eggs. Most awful dish I have ever had. The whiting was half crispy and half soggy – didn’t taste good at all. The fries were FULL of salt and dark(yuk!). Lemon pepper wings had some strange liquid under them that negated any crispiness requested. I have not eaten here in years and I see why. I will not be going back. I called to let the manager know I was not pleased, in particular with the rice. She never offered to do anything about it and instead tried to defend the person that cooked the rice. They have gone down since I last visited. Good luck if you eat at this place!

My husband loves there wings. Crispy with a nice sauce. My favorite are their corn bites and when we are looking for a quick bite its an easy choice.

We have been coming here for over two years and it looks like they’ve gone down hill. Tonight the waitress we normally have wasn’t there and some lady come over and slapped down menus without taking our drink order. She looked busy and went to go check out some people with togo orders. After she was done, she stood in the middle of the place and was on her phone for about five straight min before we finally got up and walked out. I think she is one of the owners too because I’ve seen her there every single time we are in there but usually on the phone. This was so disappointing because the wings are good but not worth a regular customer being treated like crap!

You know that feeling when you bite into something and you can’t help but to think of your mama? I don’t know bout yall but I get that when I bite into these chicken wingies cause it taste like HOMEYALL. It too dang hard these days to find a place that can bring you something hot on the plate without tasting like its been living in the deep fryer for too long. The sauce is nice, the crispity crunch and the texture is peak game at the least. joints too official fellas, this is the place where you get down on your food like four flats. catfish, your boy tilapia, and chicken all in one place, aint no place on fire like this. they even got a little kid menu for your wee ones put that. cant speak enough good things about their chicken, check this place out

We’ve been coming to J’s for nearly 4 years. They serve our favorite lemon pepper wings in all of Atlanta! The quality has always been consistent and prices very fair. It’s our go to place for wings and fries/fried rice!

Yummy wings… but they are baby sized. What chickens are being slaughted as chicks? So you get 12 wings for the price of what you pay for 6 – 9 at other place. Same portion size of meat because again… baby chicks are being slaughtered. I digress. The baby chicken wings(ok really thats my last reference), are very yummy. The seasoning is perfect and they are cooked to perfection. The fries and fried rice were good as well. I think I prefer the fries over the rice when it comes to a combo side item.

I have been going to Café J’s since I was in highschool back in the 90’s. I still love them, and now my kids frequently go. Great food, good enviroment. Yes the wings are small, but for the price it’s a great deal. Burgers are great too!

Great fried fish and even greater hot wings! Yes, the wings are smaller than the usual bar size wings, but they are certainly packed with flavor. Thinking about them now is making my mouth water!

The fried whiting is okay when they give you a whole piece. They have gotten me the 2 times I have went in there. When you order a 2 piece they will get one whole piece and cut it in half. Also, they need to be in the Guinness Book of World Records for the world’s smallest chicken wings. I am convinced they use hen wings. They are about the size of your thumb. If you think i am kidding order them and see for yourself. Eat here only if you must…

Been coming to Café J’s for about 5 years. And I can tell you that their wings are absolutely delicious. Their sub sandwiches are good, that goes for the Philly cheese steak as well. Great salads and the atmosphere is really laid back over there. I now travel all the way from the Mall of Georgia just to get their wings now since I’ve moved from that location.

Café J is frequented by the residents of Norcross(on the east side of 85). Great place to go when you’re in a large group and everyone’s hungry. The wings come in a larger quantity here because they are definitely of the smaller size, but you could probably be full after eating between 10 and 15. You can get tons of food for under 10 bucks a person. My advice: Go for the lemon pepper! It’s super flavorful and savory.

Best lemon pepper and braised wings in the Atlanta area hands down! I’d like to say that their fried tilapia will have you returning on a weekly basis and the best partoif café j is their #7 it’s the fish and wing combo — omg I want some NOW!
