Atlanta Office Furniture

We recently placed an order for our entire office and everything was handled from A to Z. Customer service alone should be why you buy from AOF and no one else. I received numerous quotes but none of the did what AOF did for me which was actual CAD drawings with dimensions, recommendations, and pricing that made sense. Not everything in life requires upselling. Let the customer decide what they need. This is what AOF did for me and my company. NOTE: Do NOT confuse other companies with AOF as they won’t spend the time to do a site survey like they did. You’ll wish you picked AOF in the first place!

I went in looking for a used desk and ended up leaving with a brand new desk, 6 used chairs, a bookshelf, and a conference table for the same price. Excellent service, quick delivery. I’ll check with them first before I buy any more furniture.

I was looking for an specific type of office chair. I talked with Bill, he made a good offer and I bought two chairs to be delivered in Florida. The chairs arrived on time and just as advertised.

I am writing a second review of this company, as they have finished installing the furniture in our second office. After it was complete, the owner of the company personally called me and apologized for the poor manner in which our furniture was delivered and installed. He said that the experience we had was not typical and, in fact, had never happened so badly before. He could not stop apologizing and sympathized with my frustration. He even went a step further to help remedy the situation — he not only offered my company a discount off our final bill, but he also provided me with a list of other furniture vendors in the area where our third office was going to be set up. He has followed through with me until I was completely satisfied and did his best to make up for our bad experience. Overall, the furniture was good quality and the upper management was pleasant. I would say that they deserve a second chance.
