Ambassador Window Cleaning

These guys do a wonderful job. My house had decades of grime and they managed to get rid of all of it! Looks like a new house now !

and his guys for since this past summer and have not complaints. What impressed me most of them was not only the finished product but the knowledge that Michael supplied to me about the right way to have my deck pressure washed and stained long term. I appreciate that honesty, and intregrity up front to his customers. Plus he has a great sense of humor and personality.

I bought a Groupon from them. I know businesses get tons of calls when they sell Groupons so I waited a week and I was more than happy to work with them on dates as I had my summer free. I had to leave two messages in June before I hoy a call back asking me to go on line to fill out a request form. I did and then waited another week before they called back. However, all that happened on that call was to tell me they didn’t usually service my area and so didn’t know when they could make it. I told them I really wanted it done over the summer while I was home. I didn’t hear from anyone for about three weeks so I called back and was told they still couldn’t make it to my area but would let me know soon when they could come. I set it aside and forgot about it until mid September (apparently so had they since I didn’t get a call from them either) when I called on a Monday they did set it up for that Thursday. The guys showed up on time that day. They did an OK job, certainly nothing above or beyond. I did a quick check of the windows as they were preparing to leave and found one second story window (the reason I hired them) had not been cleaned and they had to unload the equipment again in order to finish. I would have been very upset if I had paid full price for this service.
