I’ve been using A & M Embroidery for approx. 15 years now. They have partnered with me on many projects, and I’ve been quite please with their effective, efficient way of doing business. Often times, especially with clients who are in the entertainment business, last minute requests are always made. A & M has always been accommodating and not only helping me meet my deadlines, but beat them! I use the word «partners,» because that’s what they have been to me for all these years!

OMGoodness, where do I start? First, I would like to say, this company is AWESOME! I needed family reunion shirt & I needed them like right away. I had no idea about what I wanted. The staff was so sweet, they took time out with me & ask several questions about my family’s history, the family reunion’s theme & location of the reunion. Afterwards, they design the most awesome shirt. The screen print was impeccable & the quality of the shirt was great. Btw, my entire family absolutely loved their family reunion shirts.
I needed the shirts by Friday. To my surprise, they called me on Wednesday to tell me that I could pick the shirts up on Thursday.
We will most definitely use them again…

If you are a business owner or individual who likes to get things accomplished by a certain time and/​or date, don’t dare do business with this establishment (if you could even call it that, really and truly). Let me paint the picture for you: This individual who runs the shop rarely answers the phone and completely fails in the category of communication.
This shop doesn’t even call to prompt you to retrieve your order. The OWNER of the shop LIED to me and my business associate multiple times, pushing back the deadline multiple times (I’d say 3), delaying our business trip 7 hours. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER step foot in that clubhouse that’s run by a bunch of incompetent scatterbrains who destroy orders because they DO NOT LISTEN when you place an order. In fact, the OWNER of the establishment ordered a takeout order in front of me and my associate before getting to the order he royally screwed up – in fact, he NEVER completed the order (yet continued to lie saying he had our merchandise ready when it was no where in site upon our 3^rd visit to the shop that day).
HE NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. HE DIDN’T DESERVE ONE CENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE DID 20% OF WHAT I ASKED. JUST TERRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE. Dude, get a working cell phone number. Metro PCS is a straight up bargain I hear. Deuces. I reiterate: HORRIBLE.
