Ordered: Grande iced green tea latte w/soy(yes, I’m one of those.) Roasted tomato and mozzarella panini.(These are delicious fyi) This was my first time at this starbucks. It was Saturday morning and they only had one batista, poor thing was so swampeed, but she was very gracious and kind to everyone even though she was visibly drowning. The beverage and sandwich were the same as always, as expected.

I thought I left my wallet at Starbucks earlier today and called to let them know, even though it wasn’t found Delah was extremely helpful over the phone, she made every effort possible to find it and remained optimistic the entire time. Delah didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience and actually said«it’ll be a fun adventure» during the search. I felt she really went above and beyond in customer service to accommodate my need. The world could use more people like her. Update: I woke up to find my wallet was mailed back to me by a God sent individual! I have no words to explain this act of kindness, whoever you are thank you so much!

I like this place as it is a good location, right off of the 15 freeway and not too far from the 91. It does get busy but the staff is usually very friendly. What coffee lovers wouldn’t like Starbucks??? Excellent coffee and coffee based drinks. Yum!

Just left Starbucks on busy Sunday morning. Of course long lines, business running smoothly, but one thing. Person making my frap, was not happy to be there and it showed. I had two drinks, and one was just a regular coffee drink from drip. As I watched others get their drinks, I continued to ask about my two drinks. It had turned out one of them(the Frap) was sitting before me all this time, while I had been waiting for simple coffee, I had to request again. No one call my name for the Frap, therefore I had no idea. Gentlemen making Frap was very upset, after asking if drink could be made again, since it sat there. By the way, I spent $ 55 this day in Starbucks, and felt like I was bothering them.

So just like Olive Garden and Chilis or what not, you visit chain stores to get an even and dependable experience right? You know the menu at Starbucks and you can pretty much count on a uniform experience wherever you go. Similar customer service, flavors are consistent. Not so stellar service. 1. Asked for lukewarm coffee because I don’t drink hot stuff. Got hot coffee. 2. Got a pastry and specifically asked for it not warmed because if you don’t eat immediately it hardens and is ruined. Got it warmed. 3. Sat and had to drink & eat so I wouldn’t do so while driving and watched the employees line up phone orders on the counter and leave them absolutely unattended as they chatted away and did some restocking. Not sure if that is SOP but pretty much anyone can grab one and walk. At my local sbux they keep behind the counter til you walk in and claim. 4. Moody long hair top knot dude kept walking around stocking shelves and unapologetically being in customers faces. Leaving empty boxes on the counter and being a broody, moody mess. Guess that’s what I get for stopping in NORCO, horse town USA. Oh and all this happened when I was one of three customers in the shop, but they did have some orders coming in the drive thru. Still, pay attention folks. Not a lot of reason to stop here on my weekly drive from LA to SD.

Hoping that they were just having a bad day… Went this last Saturday at around 1. The lobby and seating area was filthy. Spills on the floor, paper and garbage everywhere, the sugar and creamer area was covered in spilled coffee and garbage. There were about 5 people behind the counter and no one could take a sec to clean up real quick? I know the pressures of working in a coffeehouse. Did it for years. And I know that getting busy can be stressful. But taking 1 minute to wipe off tables and such should be a priority when you are fully staffed. I’ll give it 3 stars, though because The Barista did greet us with a smile and our drinks were delicious. I’ll go back, but probably only use the drive thru.

This place needs new management. Slowest Starbucks EVER. Go somewhere else. It will LITERALLY take you 45 minutes to get a shot of espresso. And no, going in doesn’t help for two reasons. 1) I’m pretty sure all of the employees park right in front of the building so you’d have to park a quarter of a mile away. 2) The employees just talk to each other. They talk in between taking orders and then f*** ‘em up and get confused and move glacially anyway. I’m not kidding. ONTOP of taking forever, they mess up my order almost every time.

This may be the first time of ever felt the need to write a review for Starbucks. I bought one of the holiday exclusive gift cards at another location. Only because this location it’s sold out of theirs. When I purchased it at the hidden Valley location, the cashier did not give me a slip that contain the barcode for the keychain. That led to an hour and a half run around and a call to corporate. Fast forward to why this location was so helpful. After the ineptitude of the hidden Valley location, they directed me to this location. Over the phone the shift manager Delea and Angie(forgive me if I spelled the names wrong, but that’s a Starbucks thing anyway right) worked with me over the phone to give me options and explain the steps that would happen when I arrived and what would happen if it didn’t work at the store. They provided me with the shift manager when I called and the one that followed and made sure that both knew about my situation and how to help me. To both my excitement and discussed Angie was able to refund my purchase in less than five minutes with no issue whatsoever. So I was excited to have my problem taken care of and disgusted that I had wasted so much time with the other location. So with my appreciation I will be coming back here.

Probably the worst Starbucks Drive through I’ve ever been too. In a rush? Want your coffee in a reasonable amount of time? Better drive 10 minutes down the road or go five minutes to the Target one because otherwise you’ll blow at least the more minutes waiting in line. Drive through staff are lacking customer service skills as well. Rude, indigent, and lazy are words that come to mind for this location. Last time I’ll ever come here after several attempts at giving it a shot.

This Starbucks is mediocre. Not the best on customer service to be honest. They weren’t the typical peppy energetic smiling from ear to ear Starbucks employees that I’m accustomed when I go to Starbucks. Instead I was faced with rudeness and impatience when I was trying to order. The employee interrupted me when I was ordering. And was not very friendly. To top it all off my chocolate chip frap didn’t taste like it normally does. So overall, I had kind of crappy customer service(going through the drive through) and the drink quality just wasn’t there. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location. Even my feta and spinach wrap wasn’t that good. It was nice and warm when I got it, bit tasted very bland and not the normal quality for their food. This location needs to up their game.

Stop over on a road trip. Pros: its a drive thru if you don’t have time to get out of the car, if you do get out of the car its a clean Starbucks with a clean bathroom. Cons: service was friendly but a bit on the slow side. The very berry hibiscus drink was good though. Side note: they are adding wireless charging stations soon for phones and I am assuming tablets here.

I normally stop here after dropping kids off at school just because it’s on my way to work… however, this location has a long wait time. Only one lady that is friendly. wish i knew her name. The rest of the staff seem stressed and impatient. My usual wait time is 20+ minutes(drive-thru).

Man, this location has come a long way. They used to have terrible service and super long wait times and the orders were often wrong, but it looks like new management in the last year or so has cleaned up this place. My orders have been consistently right during my last few visits. The cashiers have been helpful and cheery. And, the premises have been clean and inviting. The parking is less than desirable and trying to get out at the light can be a struggle, all in all this Starbucks has cleaned up its act.
