Massage was okay. I’ve had better massages. Pressure was too light, I realize it’s a Swedish massage but the pressure was a bit too light. Asked for more pressure but no real difference. She didn’t spend much time on my arms or legs. Won’t be coming back.

This place is absolute heaven. I suprised my wife with a couples treatment. Not only were they able to pencil in an appointment that was made only a few days in advance, but they also had the courtesy to call me and ask if I wanted to take an earlier time because of a cancelled appointment. The shop is so clean and has incredible ambience, as soon as you walk in the scenery is completely relaxed. The massage was incredible and completely rejuvenating. My wife and I both almost fell asleep during the treatment. Love this place!

I gotta give it up to them. I reserved a surprise couples massage for my dad & hiswife as a treat. First off, they started out a little rocky. Got a call 2hrs before our appt stating we were accidentally scheduled with two people who happened to be off that day and that they wanted to reschedule. Yea no. This was planned weeks in advance and rescheduling wouldn’t be an option. The girl Rachel, whom I talked to, did everything she could to call all the masseuse to could to come in and cover these appts. She was very apologetic but was determined to fix the problem. Eventually everything went well and she found coverage. My parents loved their surprise and had an amazing time. The spa was a cute little gem of Zen. And according to my parents the massages were just right! I definitely would come back. This time for me of course! So big shout out to Rachel for doing everything she can to make my parents happy

They were able to get me in for a same day appointment today without a problem. My therapist Kayla was great and really helped to reduce the migraine i had today. I’ll be going in for a second visit for sure. :)

I made an appointment a week in advance and I was NOT a Groupon customer, and I had an appt at 10am. When I got there 2 minutes before my appointment, the front desk lady said she tried to call me(@9:58 am) to tell me that the masseuse was having car trouble. She said she would call me later when she got in and asked if I was available all day… Really? I booked an appointment not to be available all day for them! I called back at 11:30am since no one had called me back an hour and a half later and the lady said she didn’t think the girl would be in at all today. WTH? How about calling the customer back. When I asked if there was anyone else available, she said everyone else was booked up. Seriously? All I got was«I’m sorry I know you were really looking forward to this.» They lost my business and I wasn’t even a Groupon customer either.

We are extremely furious, with how this place handled this situation. We called Sunday morning to schedule an ear wax removal for my boyfriend. We were told, if we canceled it will be $ 20. That’s fine. About 5 mins prior to his appoint Today at 10 am called us to tell him they can’t take him cause they are out of supplies! Like who does that??? Are you serious? Ridiculous! If you can take $ 20 for a last minute cancellation, what do you do if you cancel on a client minutes before their appointment? We were next door at the donut shop waiting to come in! I really wanted to try this place out for a couples massage too, but after what just happened, you will not be getting any business from us! **i would give you zero stars if possible! Just got off the phone, totally forgot her name though. She said what do you want me to do? I came in this morning and checked and I was out of candles. What I can’t just produce them. First off, you do not speak to a customer like this. Second, your facility was the one at fault here. Third, she said yes she agrees it is extremely rude and she will be talking to the ones that worked Sunday, that booked our appointment. Just from dealing with this person and how our situation played out, I for sure will not be giving this place any business in the future.

Been here a few times and after each session, always wish I scheduled myself for a longer session. Facility is nicely kept and clean. Rooms are at a nice temperature and I have yet to be disappointed. Looking forward to my next massage.

I called to book an appointment on Monday(2⁄22) for the upcoming weekend. Never have had an issue in the past booking the same week for the Saturday or Sunday of that week. The lady asked me if I had Groupon and I asked, why does it matter; I am still a paying customer? She told me that they can’t book Groupon appointments until March 22nd(one month out) because they have to leave availability for their full paying customers. Not only was I disappointed that they were less than accommodating but I am also upset that just because I have a «coupon», I get bumped to the back of the line. Don’t advertise on Groupon if you don’t want to service the customers! I will be asking for my money back with Groupon and find another local salon.

This place disappointed me before I even had a chance to check them out. They’ve been on Groupon for a while now, and since I know you have a 50⁄50 chance of actually getting good service in the first place if it’s coming from Groupon, I always call a place before I purchase. I called at 5 mins to 10 this morning and left a message for them to return my call when they opened at 10. I didn’t get a call back until 3:30 and the second I mentioned I wanted to book with a Groupon, they suddenly were all booked up for Groupon appointments that weekend. So you’re saying if I wanted to book a regular appointment there’d be an opening? SMH. I get it’s Valentines weekend, but that shouldn’t affect the number of Groupon appointments, it just means you want to keep some of your employees open for full paying appointments. Don’t offer a Groupon if you can’t accommodate it. It just has you hurting even more for business.

This place is a gem! Friendly and kind staff, excellent environment, professional, and so reasonably priced! Came here after pulling something in my back and will return for sure! They fit me in after learning that I was in so much pain and I can’t thank them enough. I had Eric as my therapist and he is heaven sent! He is passionate about what he does and it shows in his attention to detail and really paying attention to what the body needs. Not a run of the mill, standard massage, but one that was truly catered to my needs. I can’t wait until I go back and see him again! Thank you, a million times over!

My husband got us a couples massage for xmas we just went right now. It was amazing. No sticky residue when u leave. Total professionalism very easy for first timers. This is truly a hidden gem if it wasn’t for groupon i may have never found this awesome place i highly recommend especially since pricing is reasonable Also alot of awesome take home products like bath teas ill be back

Would have given 5 stars, but the lady at the front counter rubbed me the wrong way(no pun intended). She was nice enough, but just seemed disinterested. She did not seem sincerely happy to be there or maybe she was distracted. Not quite sure, but the massage & the enthusiasm of the massage therapist made up for it. Hubby and I were scheduled for separate massages at the same time, which was just fine with us, but once there they put us in a room together which was pretty cool. Our massage therapists Amanda and Franka were Awesome! We both felt like these were one of the best massages we have ever had. We will return here.

I would like to give a little shout-out to this fabulous day spa. I have visited twice now and have been impressed both visits. I appreciate the quick phone calls back(when I have left messages), the warm welcomes upon entering, the calm environment of the waiting area, and the excellent service provided. On both occasions, I booked massages. They were absolutely wonderful. Just a couple weeks ago, I was trying to find a time to treat my daughter who was coming home from college for a visit. Unfortunately, timing did not work. I called back, later in the week, in hopes of a cancellation. Woohoo for us! We were in luck and had a couples massage in same room. So much fun! Sharlyne and Ashley were fantastic therapists — excellent pressure, extremely confident and capable, always checking on how we were doing. Thank you for the extra attention and care. It makes a difference. At Pure Daily Bliss, I found a well run spa that is affordable and professional in every way. The friendliness, darling décor, peaceful atmosphere, and quality of massages will bring me back again. I look forward to it!

great place for a body scrub. Rachel did an awesome job and I couldn’t be happier! I did deduct one star for the scrub. This is my second time going there and I noticed my skin to be softer after my first scrub. That was 2 years ago and they have changed products since then. Overall I love this place and still very happy with my service! My hubby also wanted me to Unilocal that Ashley did a great job on his back massage and would definitely go back if we lived closer.

My girlfriend and I have been looking into getting massages for the past few weeks and decided to try Daily Bliss. We are very glad that we did! We walked in off the street earlier this week, looking to find out more about their services and what might interest us. The reception area is clean, welcoming, and exudes modern comfort. The receptionist at the time allowed us to look around and check into their services without pressuring us or being overwhelming in any way. We decided to schedule a couple’s massage for later in the week. The booking process was easy and comfortable. Now on to the services. We were checked in graciously and we were introduced to one of the masseuses who would be working with us: Amanda. She was bright and cheerful and we were excited to move on with services. Once we were set in our massage room – which was clean and warm and relaxing – we met our second masseuse, Monica. Amanda and Monica were both pleasant and receptive, and my girlfriend and I both enjoyed our services very much. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. One point of critique: we think that it would be helpful to have an after-massage consultation built in so that the person who received the massage can learn what areas they had most tension in and where they should focus on next visit :) We look forward to returning :)

I bought a Groupon after one of my clients referred the spa, I originally made my appointment for 545 on Tuesday. The lady over the phone was very courteous and polite, she even bared with me having to call back with my card number to reserve the spot. Come Tuesday I called to see if they had anything earlier as I had finished with my day sooner than expected, they said they had availability. I was so thankful, as soon as I got there I was greeted with a warm smile. I like places with nice ambiance but most of all good customer service, this place has both. My massage therapist was Kristen, she was very welcoming and friendly. I explained this was only my 3rd massage and the first two were quite painful. She listened, asked what problem areas I had and asked how the pressure applied was. The massage was amazing, I’m pretty sure I fell asleep twice through out the hour. Kristen was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The back scrub and the stone were a great perk, I honestly found what I was looking for and my massage therapist. Once it was done she aid to take my time getting ready. I loved that I wasn’t rushed, when I stepped our she was right there waiting for me with a cup of water. Best massage I’ve ever gotten. I had a few questions while I was at the counter, the lady the was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Same lady that greeted me with the smile. While she was helping me another therapist came out with her client and while I felt a little worried that about taking up too much time they made me feel at home. The 2nd therapist was friendly also, we engaged in a little talk about lavender. All 3 ladies I encountered were nice and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience I bought other massages as gifts, picked up some stress balm and stress bath balls, rescheduled for two weeks, tipped Kristen and let her know I would see her again. Thank you all again, I know the best way to show appreciation is to refer, I’ve been telling all my clients and friends about this place.
