Pizza Hut

This store has two stars for a reason. Don’t waste your time with this location. They have the worst customer service. Was basically called a liar by their shift manager, and will never again eat from this restaurant. In fact, I’m done with Pizza Hut in general. Horrible how they don’t value their customers. Order somewhere else, they don’t want our business anyway.

Placed an order online for pickup this past Tuesday. Went to the store to pickup my food at the time they listed it would be ready. My side dish was done, and was already sitting in the warming case. I sat and waited for an additional 15 minutes for the rest of my food to be finished. Upon, opening the pizza (bacon stuffed crust/​Hawaiian), and trying my first slice I found the pizza barely had any sauce on it at all. Several slices didn’t have any sauce on them period. The crust was also burned and the «ranch» seasoning tasted like straight salt. Needless to say Ive ordered from many other Pizza Huts and never had an experience like this, I will not be ordering from here again.

This location needs new employees. I walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody even bothered coming outside to help me. I could see the employees through the glass and they were just all chatting in the back. The phone lines kept ringing too during that time and nobody even came out to pick up the phone. What a waste of time. I ended up walking out and going to another location.

My order showed up not only more than an hour late but when I called in they had the audacity to scream and get rude? Are you serious? I replied calmly that there’s no reason to scream as I’m just asking that’s when she laughed and said oh no I’m just talking loud because it’s noisy and I’m standing next some noise stuff? Dafuq?

Where is the $ 5.00 deal. One store has a medium 1 topping pizza for 7 and the other has 2 for 7.99. Does not match the TV ad. Lady on phone was very rude, and hung up. Horrible service. Will never go back again.

Wow! What a Awesome deal for unlimited toppings for $ 7.99 each for 2 mediums. Only thing is it’s on pick-​up — to-​go, orders ONLY. The 2 pizzas, was enough for 5 adults and we really enjoyed it, especially at those prices! We phoned in the order and within 30 min, we had our pizzas ready to be picked up hot and ready to eat.
The pizza was good not great but definitely great for the price.
Great option to pickup up dinner or offering to bring lunch for coworkers.. ;)

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered four pizzas on Saturday evening. The girl named Paula was very rude. even tried to convince us not to order cause it would take an hour and a half? After ordering anyway, they arrived in 35 minutes with burnt pizzas! Black crust, dried, no sauce, see photos! Called to let them know. was given to Nathan, mgr. The pizzas were nasty! Ive been ordering pizza hut for many years… it was my all time favorite… disappointing in thia store, service and resolution. Had company over that were left hungry, just sad.

I got a stuffed crust pizza from here tonight ruby helped me out she was friendly my pizza was hot out the oven and it was perfect I will be going back to them for my next pizza thanks guys :-)

The pizza are great the service is the best around, they are great people who under stand when order

They messed up my order and pizza tast suck. I have been order my pizza here couple times but this is my last time! Never again.

Seems like this place has cleaned up! Every time I order the food is on time, hot, and accurate to what I ordered. I can’t speak on the night shift as I usually order in the morning, but the costumer service has always been 100% for me. Plus the new brownie!. Definitely would recommend this Pizza Hut!

Ridiculous delivery time for a Sunday night. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes so I was expecting the pizza to be fresh. Wrong! This legit tasted like a frozen pizza. Pizza crust was chewy and the vegetables looked like they had been recycled. Never again.

These guys suck!!! I ordered wait time was an hour. I called an hour after I ordered and the the pizza wasn’t out yet. They asked if I wanted to pick it up. I said remove my order you suck.

Diana the so called manager is rude and incompetent. They messed up my pizza and wouldn’t do anything about it. I knew I should’ve ordered from Crusty’s.

If I could give this place –5 I would. I am a frequent customer of this place. Everyonce in a while the pizzas aren’t all that great. However today is the last time I buy a pizza from this place. I ordered the big box dinner pizza, which came with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and pasta. The pasta was good but that’s because I think it’s frozen and it gets heated up. One of the pizzas was with chicken and pineapple. My friend had a a slice of that pizza an it old me it tasted weird. So I grabbed a slice and all it took was a bit to be able to tell that the pineapple was spoiled.
I drove back to pizza hut to let them know that the pineapple on the pizza was bad. I was greater by Britney, who is supposed to be management team. Told her what happened and she said she was goin to get her manager. Short Hispanic lady who is the store manager comes out and she asked me what was wrong. I explained the situation all over again and in disbelief she told me that she had opened the can of peinapple herself. That she didn’t believe that it was spoiled. I told her to eat a slice if she didn’t believe me. She didn’t, but she made me feel like I was lying. Poor customer service by her and whatever part of management that britney is. She walked to the back and I could hear her talking smack about me.
These people do not deserve my business, they know nothing about customer service or how to earn customer repeated business. I called the health department, who I hope pays them a visit and looks into this. Never again will I be buying from here. There are too many other pizza places around here.
