Love the close and convenient location of this store. They stock almost anything I’m looking for.

I’ll be honest, I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from. Maybe they’re family members. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been in here, the entire staff has been extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. Don’t know how they’re still in business.

The staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes they don’t have what you need, but, know where to go if the need is quick. Highly recommend.

This is a great resource for locals. Much closer than the Big Box Hardware stores to the North. I love to shop local and try to shop here when they are open. When you need something quick and fast Ace is your place. They did a great job re-​screening our sliding glass door screens (that our dogs shredded). They amazingly got them done in a few hours. I am forever grateful for their wonderful customer service because our AC was broken and shredded screens are no good in fly country. Plus these new screens are pet resistant and our wonderful family members have not shredded them yet (knock on wood).

Purchased a horse waterer it failed in 3 months. Took it back and the Sales person said the valve on that waterer only lasts 3 months. Why did you not tell me that when I purchased it. His reply we don’t have to tell you. Then they would not give me a refund because the receipt was over 30 days. So anything they sell you is only good for 30 days and they will sell you something knowing it will fail. SHAME ON THEM!

This place is great for a quick stop when Lowes or HD are not easy to get to. But… most of the staff is unfriendly and lazy. All in a though I’d rather shop here.

I like to shop «Mom & Pop» whenever possible and I have been in this store several times lately. I find the staff unfriendly (esp. the overweight, balding, gray haired keymaker dude, he is a sarcastic jerk) and the choices few. I walked right by two employees as I entered today and neither of them greeted me or asked me if I needed help. All I heard was a snicker from keymaker dude as I walked by (apparently he found something about me amusing). After walking all over the store I found what I needed but had to go get the female cashier to help me with a two locked cabinets. She walked away before I was finished getting what I needed and did a «check out» for someone else while the keymaker dude leaned on a basket nearby! Unbelievable! It is the closest hardware store to my house but I will not likely return soon.

Great people good products at a competitive price. Ask for Joe he will get you through any problem you have. Nancy will make sure they will have what you need.

This ACE is great all of the poeople are freindly and it is much more convenient than going to home depot which sucks anyway…

I will never again shop at this business. On small business Saturday, I went to this establishment and tried to use a coupon that was issued by Ace Hardware. The coupon was good only on this particular Saturday and offered 50% off any one item. I chose my item and went to the cashier with my coupon. THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY COUPON. Why? you ask. The owner of the store stated that the coupon would make the item cost me less than he paid for it. He offered to allow me to pay for it at FULL PRICE. Not even an offer to have me pay his cost, but FULL PRICE or nothing. Isn’t a 50% off coupon expected to make the item at or below the retailer’s cost? Wasn’t Black Friday and Small Business Saturday a good day to get deals. Apparently not at this establishment.
I will never shop at this store again.
