«LIFE CHANGING»!! is the best description I can give of the journey I have had through Healthy Lifestyles. I have used other systems with little results and much higher fees. The attention on how you are working the plan is well monitored. NO SHOTS! I eat regular food with the change in diet. I have lost 77 lbs so far and walked with my daughter down the isle at her wedding. The pictures were wonderful. Owner Linda is a detail person that cares for the out come.
