Consistent. service is dry but it is a deli. The food is stellar. Good prices healthy servings. All the working crowd eats here. They get you in and out fast. No cell phones at the counter.

I must go here at least once a week since I’m too lazy to make my lunch at 5am before leaving on that looooong drive to work.
It’s small to medium in size with a decent enough selection of produce, meats, etc. What I like is that they have hot lunches everyday during the week, so I can always get me some fried chicken! They have quite a few sides and other hot meals besides chicken that they rotate throughout the week. They also make small and large salads with some great chunk deli meat, fried shrimp, or tuna. They also have a bunch of different kinds of sandwiches.
Everyone is pretty friendly, especially the butcher. He’ll introduce himself when he knows he hasn’t seen you before, making sure you know not to hesitate if you need anything special. It’s just a nice, unpretentious town grocery.
