Flawless Tanning Spa

First off, Natalie is a wonderful and kind person and she excels at customer service. However, I had cancelled my membership and my GF at the time as well because of several issues
1. In the summer it’s too hot in the beds. You almost get nauseated due to the heat and there is no air conditioning.
2. For the longest time, the tanning bed in room 2 had no face tanning lights. I believe when paying good money for service you should get what you pay for. I would ask if it was fixed was told it was and then the facial lights would still be out.
3. The part time staff was useless, one girl with purple hair and shorts that left no imagination to her anatomy. She spent time on her cell phone and would look up from her phone or talk to you with her head down. With the exception of Natalie’s dad, who would come in and he was a wonderful and kind man.
In the end I cancelled my membership and business because these issues were not resolvable. While I wish Natalie the best, she needs to upgrade her beds and resolve the heat issues and staffing problems

The ovation bed is the best my daughter loves it and Natalie always so friendly highly recommend over any tanning company

I have been coming to Flawless Tanning Spa for a couple years now and I love it. I have used a few other salons in Socal but this one is definitely the best. It is always clean, everyone is so nice, and you can’t beat the prices. The owner is absolutely wonderful and is never too busy to answer any questions.

I absolutely love this location! I’ve used a few tanning places across 3 different states and this just has a much more personal feel. Natalie is great at explaining the different beds and what they offer with no pressure to up sell. Jamie is just awesome too! She’s funny, has great knowledge of the lotions they offer and never tries to up sell either. Very refreshing for a tanning salon. I’d highly recommend the icon bed and the body wraps they offer.

Never had a spray tan before, was a die hard bed tanner untill time got away from me. Being a mom that happens lol. Natalie was so helpful and friendly. $ 19 for my first mystic tan is a pretty great deal! Flawless tan is my new favorite tanning spot. Also, bonus… They are very kid friendly!

Awesome awesome awesome. Natalie goes out of her way to meet all her customers needs. Great place and always very very clean. The best tanning beds ever. Beats all the other options in town hands down!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! One-​stop shop for a wide variety of tanning options, in addition to awesome body wraps. By far, the best prices on top quality lotions. Lots of great packages to choose from — all priced competitively. Family-​friendly environment, which is a major plus to me (as a single mom). The owner, Natalie, truly values her customers and makes everybody feel special. Her exceptional knowledge and expertise are matched by her genuine care and concern. This certainly isn’t your ordinary tanning salon.

Owner upgraded me because the bed I paid for, face lamps didn’t work.
The upgrade bed had the shoulder lamps out
conveniently for them, only the most expensive beds work.
Save your money… don’t tan here!

This place is so cute! I have been tanning for years and I have been to large tanning chains and small mom and pop shops as well. This is by far one of my favorite places. The beds work amazing and the pricing is perfect! Natalie is always so kind and so helpful! Their beds work just as well if not better than any large chains I have been to meaning they maintenance their beds correctly and they care about their customers. It is always very clean as well!

I don’t ever need to tan because I am naturally tan but I had horrible tan lines and blemishes that I needed to fix before I went on vacation and this place was great. They have great pricing and are in a great location (for me). The only issue I had was that their parking lot was a bit difficult to get in and out of but I will definitely come back here if I need tanning services again.

Amazing tanning salon and very clean. More importantly the staff is amazing and so welcoming:)

I would not recommend this place for the infrared body wrap. This place is dirty including the towels and room. They mislead customers through living social to get business then when you get there for your service they want you to spend additional money for what your supposed to receive initially in the living social price for the service. I did my research prior on the company’s website as well as called to to ask more questions when booking my appt. like I said when I got there the experience was totally misleading. The wrap is not an actual wrap like some places that do the infrared sauna use. Its a big plastic suit. Like I said you could find a place that is much cleaner for a better first time experience that is not going to cut corners.

This place is very nice. All of the machines are awesome and I have a hard time deciding which tanning bed/​package to choose. Natalie the owner is awesome and her beds are spotlessly clean and sanitary.
I highly recommend the mystic tan if you aren’t into the tanning beds, or a combination of both like I purchased the first time I went in. You don’t need to be an expert on these things either Natalie was patient and walked me thru all the steps. A++++++++ service!!! Highly recommend !!!

Absolutely love Flawless Tanning in Norco! Not only is Natalie awesome! But her prices are reasonable and her beds are top of the line! I love using these beds! And her body wraps work wonders! I had a bikini pageant last summer and I came to her, did a couple body wraps and a spray and I looked phenomenal! I ended up winning the pageant! All thanks to Natalie for making look amazing!!!

Absolutely love this place! It’s a little out of my way from where my live, but I sure to go here every chance I get. Natalie the owner is the best. Very knowledgeable and the biggest sweetheart. She knows everyone personally and her salon is so homie and personable! Definitely recommend coming here for all your tanning needs. She’s also extremely affordable with the best beds!

Flawless Tanning Salon is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to. Natalie is amazing and full of knowledge. All of the beds are amazing and you get great results as well as the wraps. The prices are very reasonable and to top it off she always has specials! I highly recommend this tanning salon!

I have never «indoor» tanned before and was a bit uncomfortable going in. I figured this was a woman’s thing. HA! I was also 2 shades whiter than white but Natalie walked me thru the first 3 weeks, keeping a constant eye on my progress and has slowly built my base tan and got me up to the max of 12 minutes. Everyday now I can see more & more color. I really, really am Happy. She is great and I strongly recommend supporting her. Give her a chance! Having known Nat for more than a year I have seen so many changes in her facility and career and urge you to check her place out. If you want personal guidance with your «tanning» and a biz that gives back great deals to you… go meet Natalie and her to lil’ doggies!
