Exceptional Experience! We worked with Mark and Mike during the purchase process both top notch knowledgeable professionals. We selected a high quality wood floor with a great warranty and rating.
Our installation was done by Rene and his protégé Connor both were clean, curtiuous, professionals. We had a area of 3100 sq ft installed over a 3 week timeframe. It was a large job. The work is maticulous! We LOVE our new floors.

Don’t trust them! They will say anything to make the sale and then forget that they promised something different other than getting it installed. Once you pay, you are on your own. Go somewhere else that has integrity. I was promised if anything had a problem after the installation, they would replace the product, no questions asked. That didn’t happen when some of the flooring had issues. It took months of calling, and ultimately, they did nothing, no repairs, just «get over it.»

We love the carpet we bought from Compare Carpets in Norco. Joel was great, he showed us so many different options for our home. The two installers who came to our home did a fabulous job and in the end we could not be happier with the Mohawk carpet we selected for our home. The price was right and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!
Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at Compare Carpets in Norco and once we purchased the carpet we have had trouble communicating with Joel. I have called there 3 days in a row and no one calls me back. Joel seems to never be around. Our carpet 3 years later looks like crap. It is not the quality that was presented to us. Too bad because we love to support small town local businesses but business is built on customer service and it is lacking tremendously. Not a raving fan.

I was very pleased with my experience at Compare Carpets. I needed one room carpeted within 24 hours and they were the ONLY place that could accommodate me (I called six others). There was a huge selection of carpet to choose from and they worked on price with me. The installation was fast and professional. I will definitely go to them for future needs.

These guys were great! We had 2 small carpet jobs & they were as helpful as if we were carpeting our whole house. The prices were comparable to anywhere around just like the name! The personal attention to your needs was so nice! I HIGHLY recommend them. Great company, give them your business!

they have a wide variety of flooring, many different composites of wood flooring or want to be wood flooring. but I was actually shopping for REAL hard wood flooring.
Entered the shop, and was impressed with the variety of materials they have. Was greeted by a man and asked about wood flooring (my mistake) he took me to the engineered crap. I immediately realized my mistake and asked about real wood flooring to which he replied «we don’t really work with real hard wood flooring here»
I explained that my husband and I prefer real wood, this is for our home and asked if he could offer up ANY options for real wood? He walked me to a back office area and brought out a few pieces of real wood that were raw and unfinished. I explained that yes, that is what I was looking for and he said «it is very hard to install, they don’t do it much, many people don’t want to spend the money for real hard wood because of it’s cost and he could direct me to another company down the road who would take good care of me». so I bailed, after saying thank you and scratching my head.
Guess someone else will get my $ because REAL Hardwood flooring is what I want and what I am going to get.
