After finding this place in the Unilocal — sphere, I figured it was time to venture out again. I stopped in a couple times within a week and enjoyed what I found! Additionally, it’s now called Maritz EKeg. For starters, Friday and Saturday are rib nights and that’s where the money is in my mind! A rack is $ 10.95 and effectively tied for best ribs in the area(Tank’s in Rudd may just squeak it out)! They do take out or eat in and boy are these things tasty. If you look at these ribs long enough, they fall off the bone and in your mouth, they just make you smile. A serious must for any beef loving, red blooded American! Also tried the broasted chicken — since it has«roasted» in it, I figured it must be healthy… Not so sports fan, however, it is really good! KFC has nothing on this pressure cooked gem. Delightfully juicy inside and crispy outside make the arteries upset, but your mouth happy. Prices are excellent, portions large and the menu has what you’d expect from a small town(effectively) diner. There are two areas — Dining room to the left, bar to the right. The bar has a surprisingly large varieties of beer for a place this size as well! All in all, this is a great place — Word to everyone — GOFORTHERIBS!

Nora Inn no longer exists! It’s replacement a mere 5 weeks ago is excellent! Good food, pleasant inside(tho it looks a bit like a barn from the outside), and prompt service. We recommend it highly. All the locals eat here! Gretchen P

Good food. Had sheppard’s pie, wife had cheeseburger. It’s called Maritz now. Still look for the large white chicken out front.

All around, pretty good food. Stopped in with the extended fam for breakfast(which is served until 10:30). They were setting up for their Sunday lunch(or maybe brunch?) buffet, and I wished that I had been able to purge the delicious contents of my recently filled belly just to stuff it full again with the recently roasted pork and his friends. Breakfast was tasty though. I ordered the Southwestern omelet, which was ordinary in nearly every way, except that the ground beef was cooked thoroughly, and then cooked again so that it was leathery burnt mess. But the hashed browns rocked, and everyone I was with loved everything they ordered(including the breakfast sandwich and the enormous pancakes). Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit and is cheaper than most of the options in the larger city to the West.
