Heavens, no! Cashiers and floor people are easily frazzled. Something that was on hold for me couldn’t be located because someone in the floral department was on their lunch break — what?! Some of the worst costumer service in a retail setting I’ve ever received. The computers here can’t tell the employees what they have in stock(what?), nor can the computers tell them the sizes of their products(diameter of cake plates, for example). Hot mess.
