Was at Best Buy today to buy an Apple Watch. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting on service. As I was waiting some other customers came o we to the apple area. This reject of an employee asked them if he could help them. I then informed him that I have been waiting for 15 minutes and he responded, «I will have someone get with you» I told him to go fuck off and left. I will never shop thee again. Also I ended up getting my watch for 60 dollars cheaper.

I would just as soon go to the dentist than Best Buy but I was in the market for phones, at the end of a 2 year contract, and the Sprint guy said to check out their Black Friday sales and not buy from him. Appreciate the honesty. So I went there and waited… and waited… and eventually was helped by Harry who got me set up with my phones at a great price. It took a while and they really needed a couple more people at the mobile desk but it was all done professionally. It just took forever… and it was a few days before Friday.

Geek squad there was amazing. Thanks to Connie and her co-worker. Felt welcomed as soon as I entered the store and had questions. Connie and her co-workers engaged in conversation with me. This isn’t a ginormous store like the one in Castleton so it isn’t as busy. Will be back!

Wow possibly the dumbest people on the planet work at this Best Buy. The customer service was ridiculous. First, I was not seeking any help to begin with but got it unwillingly. I was on the phone and was in the middle of a conversation and an employee walks up and rudely interrupts me and then proceeds to continue talking without even acknowledging that I’m still taking yo someone on the phone. What a moron. I quickly tell him I am looking for an arm band for my phone, he stares at me blankly and says why would you want an armband for your watch? Huh? I couldn’t even begin to understand where he got that from. He proceeds to pretend he knows where he’s going then turns Aaron’s and says oh I work in computers by the way I have no idea where these are. I said ok never mind I’ll find one myself. Then I ask someone in phones who says he knows where they are. He picks one up and takes my phone and says um thus probably won’t work but you can buy it and then try it. Wtf? Seriously? Open the damn box and see if it works then I’ll buy it. He said ugh that is against store policy. I chuckled and said ok that’s freaking ridiculous I don’t want it I’ll buy from Amazon. You lost $ 30 for not just letting me try something.

Great experience shopping in person here over 10+ times. Easier returns than or anywhere online, unless its — hassle free

Not the greatest customer service. Not big selection in the store, check the online store before heading to the B&M. Still can’t figure out how they have more associates in the store chitchatting with each other more than the number of customers inside.

Service sucked, they were more worried about their specials. DVD selection was pathetic. New releases were scattered all over

The sales guy from Direct TV would NOT leave me and my boyfriend alone. No matter how many times we told him we were not interested, he wouldn’t go away. We were followed around the store the entire time and it was extremely frustrating. WHY do you have those people there??? Such a waste of time and it makes your customers mad! Also the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to look up my rewards zone number by my name, then talked down to me about what buttons to push when I was paying. Seriously? I thought Best Buy hired happy, helpful employees who cared. This was a very frustrating visit and I will not go back. Why pay those prices for your store when I can go to Walmart and get treated MUCH better? Thumbs down, Best Buy.

The staff at this Best Buy are usually pretty helpful and friendly. They usually have what I want/need in stock at a good price. Sometimes there is only one option to choose from. It gets pretty busy Saturdays and Holidays, and navigating around the gawking shoppers is annoying — particularly in the narrower aisles, like the DVD& Video Game aisles.
