Every time we have been we comment how each thing is so good. The turkey is probably some of the best turkey I’ve had and the potato salad is great. Last night I had the loaded baked potato with the chopped brisket and it was probably one of the best things I’ve eaten there. My boyfriend prefers the okra and says it’s really tasty. Also, they have great sweet tea. Have also tried the ribs and they were good too, just not moist enough for me but flavor was excellent. We make it an every other payday date night.

The best okra I’ve eaten! All the good was excellent. And the prices are very reasonable.

Delicious! I love their smoked turkey, smoked chicken, hot links, bologna, pulled pork, and ribs! All the sides are fantastic too, even their house salad dressing! Great sauces too.

This is true OKIESTYLE BBQ (a dry rub with sauce added after the fact) and is a ‘must-​visit’ whenever friends or family come to town.
The ribs are generous and fall off the bone. As with every meat choice, the smoke flavor is strong and authentic. If you order a side, they will really pile it up for you. The fried okra is my favorite, but the baked beans or potato salad are hits too.
The atmosphere is nearly-​divish without being grimy. You can sit out on the porch area and smell the smokehouse without being smoked out. If you order sweet tea for a group they just give you a gallon jug and let you have at as many refills as you like.
We took a visiting professor here as he wanted an authentic Oklahoma experience. He was far from disappointed (and profs will by their nature tell you their honest opinion)

There isn’t enough sauce to help you choke it down. The side dishes are very average… to poor. No service to speak of. We won’t be eating here again.
