Got a new modem, and it is a bit better but even though I bought an expensive modem recommended by best buy, it is still not great. I am thinking it is my location.

When I first got Total Highspeed it was great. The best we have had. We live really rural. Now it cuts in and out all of the time. I have contacted them more than once. It got really bad after a new tower was built near me. they said it is not their tower, but it has signs with their name all over it. I think my antenna needs an adjustment but they haven’t done anything. I am paying $ 100.00 a month for part time internet, that is no better that the 2 different satellite companies that I have had previously. When I get in touch with them all I get is a threat that they will take it away because they don’t want unhappy customers. I think this is because I am 65 years old and my daughter is attending college online. I feel like I have not been helped by them just bullied.
