Great moderate hiking trail, which will began by walking around the perimeter of the mountains(some mornings you can see horses and cows roaming around). There is a lot if beautiful scenery and sometimes you will see horses and cows out and about. This trail and mountain has a very earthy smell and historical feel. If the winds are hitting the mountains just right you can hear howling. As you get to the back of the mountain you will begin to enter the middle of the mountain and this is where the fun begins. There are 3 separate ways you can attempt to take but the path heading to the left is the one that you want, it will look like it is leading to a dead end but it’s not it will lead you to the rings. The latter routes will lead to dead ends though. This is a climb that you can do own your own if you can pull up your own body weight, if not you will need some assistance. Things to know: wear sunblock, bring water, camera, wear long pants(to avoid scratches and cuts) and wear comfortable walking shoes that you are able to climb in and get a good grip on rocks. ***Warning please be advised that to be able to get through the ring part you will need to be able to pull up your own body weight.***
