The UPS Store

Don’t know what I would do without them! I’m recently retired and really no longer have the need for a home office… most of the time. Every now and then something comes up and I need to print a document or have something notorized. Now I just forward it to my neighborhood UPS Store and for a buck or two it’s printed. Today I realized that my passport had expired so I ran over and had a pic taken. Easy peasy. Everyone there is professional and even when they are very busy they are very organized. Super convenient location, too!

There are SO nice there and offer so many services. I got passport photos taken and a notary done for about $ 20. Yes, Costco is a little cheaper for passport pics, but this took me 5 minutes and pain free. Park right out front and AWESOME customer service. Jill is wonderful! Highly recommend.

I’ve been in here several times in the last week to do various things; ship, fax etc. The usual. I like this store much better than my local store. There’s hardly ever a wait. Very attentive staff! They’re eager to help and process everything quickly and efficiently. I love that. No complaints here. I definitely recommend this UPS Store! ;)

I always feel welcome at this store for all my mailing and notary needs. Scott is top notch on customer service and ready to assist with a great smile! This store offers many services including shipping, packaging, shipping supplies, copies, faxing, notaty service, namebadges and other printing! Make sure you ask for Scott, he is the best!

Went to pickup a fax here, got charged double the pages because they printed it out twice since the first set of pages were distorted. I didn’t even realize that until I left and I went through the pages. Why would I want the second copy that’s exactly the same but unreadable? I don’t think I should have been charged for those.
& before that I asked what time the fax was received since I needed the date and time on there for me to turn in, but the time the machine printed it out was wrong (at that time the person that sent the fax had no idea I even needed those papers. So it had to be sent after 12pm) and the male employee kept arguing with me saying it was there in the morning when he arrived. That upset me more, because I did not provide the sender the fax number until the afternoon. Why argue with a customer about something you’re making up? I just had to stop and leave because we weren’t getting anywhere with his attitude. I prefer fedex for this kind of service, they’re friendly and the clock on their machines is not set back 4hrs.
The other two ladies working there at the time were very nice though.

Consistently excellent, cheerful, helpful service. They’ll show you various options to try to save you money. Everyone there is very professional but at the same time extremely easy to work with.
I’ve used their packing, shipping, large document printing, copying, digital photo editing, design services, faxing, notary services, LiveScan fingerprinting, and more, and I have always been 100% (or more!) satisfied. Whatever the project is, I leave it in their hands knowing it will be done on time and done perfectly correctly.
I can’t recommend The UPS Store in Nipomo highly enough. They are really superior at what they do, and very nice people besides.
Also, it’s the only place I know of on the Central Coast where you can walk in to get LiveScan fingerprinting or Notary services without an appointment. They are so helpful!
