Healing Touch Day Spa

Made a last minute appointment for a 30 minute massage! Very nice people and the most comfortable massage table I’ve been on!

So for mine and my boyfriends 4^th anniversary, we thought it would be nice to have a relaxing day and get massages! We did the Couples Retreat #1 which came out to $ 240 even. It included 30 minutes in a spa tub, mimosas (or champagne/​apple cider of your choice) with grapes, cheese and crackers to munch on. Then about an hour of massage time. My massage was perfect by Anna and my boyfriend had Lexi. They ask before they start what your preferences are and where I was most ticklish and where we would like them to focus on. Definitely got rid of some good knots! The day spa’s logo is «Walk in, float out.» And believe me, we definitely floated out!

My wife gave me a gift card for Healing Touch a couple of Christmases ago because I’ve always wanted a professional massage but always found reasons to not do it. Lately I’ve been having some neck issues and I figured there is no time like the present. I went in yesterday and was greeted nicely and after a short wait I met with Tiki. She was very sweet and friendly and tiny. Don’t let the size fool you.
For those of you that are a little concerned with the clothing arrangements, etc., like I was, or being touched by another woman, fear not. It is a very discreet and painless. Everything is done from the safety of the covers.
I did the hour long massage. It all starts with and a warm bed, soft music, and hot towels. That hour was so relaxing and it went by way too fast. If you are a little squeamish about being manipulated and twisted, you should let the masseuse know ahead of time. For a tiny woman, Tiki was able to work out the toughest knotted muscles. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I planned to return.

I absolutely love Healing Touch! I enjoy the environment and ambiance of the place! All the staff is friendly and so welcoming. I go to Healing Touch for massages and I’ve always come out feeling rejuvenated. If I had to choose my favorite massage therapist it is definitely Tiki! She’s amazing and I always come out feeling relaxed and my body feels great! If you want a great place to get a massage and come out feeling relaxed every time, Healing Touch is the place to go!

My left shoulder and neck were kind of locked up and I found the key to unlocking that problem! I had Tiki as my massage therapist, whom I had before. She did her usual good job. She used her knees and even walked on my back. She untied the knots and was very forceful where it was needed. I know I will be back because she knew exactly what to do! 90 minutes did my body a whole lot of good!

This Is The Place To Be … OMG I love this place, went to get my hair colored a deep red and Courtney did an Amazing job since my hair was being stubborn it was a long process and Courtney did a fantastic job on my hair, I love how clean the place and bathrooms are. I would definitely go back it’s very relaxing water & coffee is offered to you, they have massaging chairs in the wash and rinse area, I would Highly recommend you to go to Healing touch day spa in Nipomo.

The MOST relaxing Saturday
I had the pleasure of having a relaxing Valentine’s Day Weekend this year at Healing Touch Day Spa.
I started my morning off with the Isis Package which left my skin feeling silky smooth and glowing. I wanna give a huge thanks to Jamila, who gave me the best massage that I seriously felt like I walked in and floated out down the hall where I enjoyed a mimosa and my first ever facial. Kerri was also fabulous! She was very attentive and made me feel completely relaxed, she explained everything that she was doing and focused on any problem areas that I felt I had on my skin. Afterwards I headed to the salon where Lauren washed and cut my hair and made it feel alive and smooth again. The plate of hors d’oeuvres and mini cheesecakes were the perfect touch to end of my spa day. I wanna thank all of the ladies at Healing Touch for giving me such a relaxing day, it was amazing :)!

Had my hair cut, styled and colored by Lauren she did an Amazing job. Im very pick as I have curly hair I will definitely go back to her.

For our anniversary, my wife treated us to a couples massage at Healing Touch… We have experienced many massages in the past and this was probably the best I’ve had… The massage therapist was Tiki (sp?) and she was friendly, very courteous and knows her business… Healing Touch and Tiki in particular, have made me a repeat client…

I arranged for my wife to enjoy the «Diana» Spa Experience for her BD. She said everyone was terrific and was one of the spa treatments she’s ever had. They were also able to wash & blow dry her hair after the treatment at a minimal additional charge.

Four of us went here the other day and we all liked it. I got a facial and everyone else got a massage. All my friends liked their massages and said they would come back.
I truly enjoyed my facial. The room was dimly lit with serene music playing in the background. I then put on a towel on my upper body (you can choose to take bra off or not) and climbed on the table and got inside a sleep sack. I could have stayed there forever. It was so comfortable that I did not want to leave my cocoon. I really liked my skin care specialist. At first, she described what she was doing then stopped. Everything felt nice. I especially enjoyed the warm towels on my face. The only parts that hurt were when they pop your zits and then put something on the face which burns a little. I could totally see the difference in my face. It looked amazing. Even my mom noticed how nice my face looked. I definitely want to get a facial at least three or four times a year now. I would definitely come back! The facial I got was the healing one.

Firstly, I created an account on Unilocal just to review HTDS. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Jaylynn (spelling?) in her massaging skills. She is absolutely BORN to do this work. There was NO dilly dallying whatsoever. None of this «let’s rub lotion for 30 minutes» or «let’s stretch you out for the majority of the massage.» Nope. She listened to my needs and went straight to work! I have awful shoulder and upper back knots. The absolute best massage I have ever had. She blew a 5 star resort’s spa out of the water. A true gem. I highly recommend her!

This spa is beautiful! Well decorated and perfectly dim lighting makes for a relaxing experience. Called the spa and was lucky enough to have the owner Kathleen answer. As a new client she was able to help me find the right person for my massage. She recommended Kikki and I’m so grateful she did. I couldn’t be happier with my massage! Recently coming back from Thailand I grew to love Thai massages and Kikki gives her own spin on a traditional deep tissue with the addition of Thai massage/​stretches. Loved my massage and will be back!

My husband and I were given a gift certificate for a couples massage here and we were impressed! It was a great experience.
I have not only recommended this place but have bought gift certificates for others and have been back myself and taken others there for a one hour massage. The massage therapist are excellent.
They have a full service salon too so I have made an appointment to get my hair done too. They also carry clothes, purses, cards and many other gift items. This is a beautiful place!

My husband and I have been coming here for about 3 years now. We consistently have a wonderful experience every time. Massage therapists are always very professional and take time to ask questions before they begin the massage. Facilities are clean and very relaxing. I am very happy this business is in our area because it allows us to receive a luxurious experience!

The best massage ever. What a treat! This spa is a gem… I’d never guess that such a luxurious retreat was hiding away in that little shopping center. Can’t wait to go back… gonna take hubby next time. Especially loved Jalynn– can’t stop raving about her.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at this place and the staff members were very nice. I took a star away just because I really like very firm massages and i was pretty disappointed when I saw this TINY Asian woman come out to get me, assuming she would not be super strong or firm in her technique. She definitely did better than I expected by looking at her, but it wasn’t the amount of pressure I prefer. But next time i will make sure to tell them to give me their strongest

My coworkers got me the wonderful gift of a spa day!!! I called that day and they got me in right away for my massage! That was definitely wonderful! It was very clean and nice! The room was very relaxing with great calming music. The lady that did my massage was very quiet. She was nice. I was a little uncomfortable because i really wasn’t sure what to expect. She didn’t really explain as she went she just kind of went. I think i would have been more comfortable knowning what was going to happen. After the mud bath i had to wear my own flip flops due to her saying the ones they had were to big. I didn’t care for that too much because i didn’t want to get mine muddy. She spilled champion on the massage bed padding. Accidents totally happen but she didn’t change the sheet just took the top layer off. Again being new to the massage type things i really wasn’t sure what to expect. Sometimes she was pressing really hard on my pressure points i got freaked out. She also pressed really hard and today I’m more sore then before i went in. My neck is in pain today! I’m not sure exactly if i will go back or not. I really like the idea of a spa day. My experience just wasn’t what I’d hoped.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage. The attention to detail and the room itself was excellent and the professionals who attended to us were outstanding. Any couple who wants to have a relaxing and rejuvenating date should consider Healing Touch Day Spa. I do not give 5 stars easily and the staff deserve every one of them.

I’m new to the area and needed a little getaway from the stresses of work. I searched Unilocal and this place came up.
I decided on getting the Isis package. Body scrub, shower, massage. Simple. Nothing too fancy, but enough to drain me of the stresses of life.
Jalynn was my therapist. Soft spoken, but a firm touch. She was great! Totally made me feel comfortable and explained things to me.
I’ll definitely be coming back, boyfriend in tow, for the couples package.
