I rented at 10′ moving van for a move to Goleta at this location. Excellent service, friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I will certainly use them for my next move as well.

Have rented a storage at several places over the past 20 years and these people are very easy to deal with and have handled payments and information quickly and efficiently. Office staff is always cheerful. Wish they had easier online payment, but I really have no complaints. Best storage facility I have ever used.

They don’t return phone calls. Office Manager is rarely there and isn’t very friendly. They don’t provide maps or clear directions on where units are located.
