Sears Optical

great experience as i am the type that hates appts with drs. of any kind… slipped in on a fact finding mission and wound up getting in on a cancelled appt very fast (pricing is right for the exam). got 2 pairs of glasses and the entire transaction was seamless… upstairs at sears in niles next to a few other services like dental and jewelry i believe. anyway I told linda I was a «yelper» and I would review her and the dr. all good… dr. eric, sara and linda… very easy, positive experience and customer service was very professional. i own a business and am very in tune to that… so shop till you drop like i did and check all over but most of these places have terrible reviews on either the customer service side or the dr… this place is reasonably priced for the exam and the eyewear. oh btw– my guy retired or moved his biz out of state and the girl that used to take care of me quit… had been a 4 eyes customer for 35 years! so try this place… you won’t be disappointed!

These associates go above and beyond for any customer. The manager, Linda Markese, is phenomenal and does whatever she can to please and help her customers. I was in a very difficult situation and Linda went so far past what she was required to do to help me out. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any optical needs, you will NOT be sorry.

The staff is very helpful and have a good knowledge of the products and services Sears Optical offers. In addition, they really worked with me to keep my costs within budget. I got three pair of quality glasses for an excellent price. Dr. Greenfield is outstanding.

I don’t know why, but I had no idea there was an optical department in this location. This makes life a lot easier. I had been going to Schaumburg because I really liked Dr. Chan. However, she has recently retired. It is good to know that there is another Sears option not too far from me.
I went here on a Saturday and liked that it was pretty quiet. The other location (Woodfield) was always super crowded. I did not see a doctor this day, but just had to stop and pick up some cleaner and wipes for my glasses. It was a good chance to kind of scope out this location.
