Top of the line customer service at this location. Adam was there EVERY step of the way while picking our rings. He is attentive, calm, and genuinely cares for his customers. Every time we head into the store, we are ALWAYS treated like friends. We love this location, and I will never shop jewelry anywhere else. The culture that the Old Orchard location has, is unmatched.

Stopped in here last Saturday, staff was very friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. I almost didnt even go in after reading some reviews on here, so glad i did. I found exactly what i was looking for and at a great price.

Bought a Father’s Day gift here. Was not initially intending to shop here but the first place we went to did not have a good enough selection. We found something here at a reasonable price and my dad really liked it! Would go to them again for more jewelry/​ring relate gifts in the future.

Never again.
My boyfriend and I really came in here to get my ring size and try a few rings on. The women who helped us were not knowledgeable about diamonds, sizing and resizing at all. It was as if they were making stuff up as they went. Both girls were probably under 18 years old, the one girls cleavage was hanging out and she was rude to me when I asked her questions.
When someone is looking for an engagement ring they need to take tips from Jared and make the woman feel special and excited, pulling out several rings to try on. The diamonds we tried on here were cracked, terribly cloudy and bad quality. I’d never recommend anyone get special jewelry here.
