Presence Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My father is here at the moment, the place looks nice on the outside but it’s not that nice on the inside. Rooms are small, staff is short. Too many patients and not enough nurses. The assistant’s (some) are not so nice. Too busy doing not much here to help their patients. Nurses too are scattered about too busy to answer/​help. Nothing’s worse then knowing your parent is in this. You leave and you hope they pay more attention to their patients, making sure they get the necessary meds, food and the most importantly that they change their patients under garments when they buzz the nurses assistant. He’s complained about buzzing them and then sitting in his wet/​soiled under garment for two hours. Maintenance still hasn’t fixed his tv yet, blurry channel 2… no phone in his room. Take a tour of this place first. I should have, but when you see other media online stating that they are the best… come in person to check out all rehabs/​nursing homes ! Trust is the key.
