I have been here 2 times, hoping the 2nd visit would be better, but it was just as bad as the first. I had the subs and there was maybe one slice of meat, if I could even find that! It was horrible, I won’t go back.

Ordered grinders for $ 30. Called to tell them how disappointed we were with product. We were told that is all they are allowed to put on subs. Very bad food for $$$$. Not a good experience or environment.

Good food. I ordered a calzone with ham, pepperoni, and bacon. My only complaint is the crust was cooked before all the cheese inside was melted, but the flavor was excellent. I paid $ 7.50 for the calzone and a drink. Cheap and Filling.

Good pizza great grinders. The sandwiches take a little while to cook but are still worth the time and money even on a short lunch break.

Great spot. Great deal for large one topping pizza that’s way better than Little Caesar’s. Really tasty breadsticks and grinders. The service is always very friendly and they always recognize and thank their regulars. Whenever I’m in Niles I try to find my way here.

We ordered take out today and was a little sub par. We ordered a couple sandwiches, garlic bread and fries. The sandwiches were made well, but the fries and bread were not good at all we almost took them back. The order of fries we not crispy and there was only about five fries to the order. The bread looked good, but had no flavor.

The sandwiches are better at other stores, but the pizza is fantastic.

So I’ve always been a huge fan of Mancino’s(and even worked there for a brief stint while in school), but this one just did not do it for me. To me, the thing that always made Mancino’s stick out from all of the other sandwich chains was the bread, and this bread was just not up to par – it was thin and crunchy, not the thicker, crispy and soft variety that I had become accustomed to at Mancino’s. What really led to the 2-star rating, however, was the side salad. The greens were warm, the tomato was gooey, the taste was absolutely putrid. It was either sitting out overnight, or just really old. I’ve had too many good experiences at a variety of Mancino’s in the past, so I’ll likely go back – this one just left a bad taste in my mouth.
