I really like shopping at Kohl’s. Always good deals and a ton of items on clearance. I got three sweaters and four pairs of socks for less than $ 75 after all coupons were used.
They always have a great selection of clothing that I would actually wear. A lot of things that are really my style at good prices. To me, it’s not worth it to buy anything at full price, but they always have such a wide selection/​variety of clothes & other things at such a huge discount.
I always find cool things here. Not to mention they have home décor, hallmark items, sony & video game products and more. Kohl’s is always a great place to shop. It’s only a matter of time before I open my own Kohl’s credit card.

Customer service here is not good. Went to the customer service to exchange something and the cashier did not know what she was doing. I wanted to exchange something and pay the remaining balance on the new item, however the cashier said no they can’t do that. They can do that technically, unfortunately she did not know what she was doing on the cash register, and simply said no to the transaction. Eventually the manager showed her how to do it. I tried to explain to the manager about eveything and she ended up calling me «rude» and walked away. Terrible Terrible customer service at this location.

Sat here for 45 minutes waiting to pick up an online order. The idiot kept coming back 15 min later asking over and over what this was… Dude… So finally 50 minutes in I get frustrated they get a manager to say there was an error but my wife whose 9 months pregnant has to get the refund in person. So I freaked out and she caved. Never coming here again!!!

Good selection of clothes and a lot of other stuff that they offer. Good customer service! Nothing over the top or anything. Did have to wait a little while to be checked out but not too long.
I would return to this store.

Really??? REALLY? How does Kohls manage to stay in business? The deals are just so ridiculous! 8 items for $ 150 ?? This includes 4 pair of clearance pants under $ 15, a full price pair of gym shoes AND dress shoes, a $ 20 highly discounted pair of Rock & Rupublic pants (so rock star cool) and a cool sporty jacket for my husband. I had a $ 10 coupon for the full price dress shoes and a 30% off coupon for the whole purchase. Seriously, I need to enter rehab for Kohls… but I can’t help it! I pretty much only shop when I have the 30% coupon and pretty much always scour the clearance racks. OH… and they gave me $ 20 Kohls Cash for future purchases –so you can consider that a savings off the balance too. It’s like they paid me to shop there!
I have found so many really nice quality items and have totally revamped my closet –especially for work. People think I spend all this money and I look like this fashionista –but it’s all Kohls clearance stuff! I think I need to be their spokesperson. Maybe I can recoup the money spent by being a walking billboard or something. Sometimes I crack up because I’m walking into Kohls… wearing an entire outfit that I bought there. I could go on… just read all my reviews. That’s right… I hit up all the Kohl’s all over Chicago. It’s fantastic! LOL

I went here to get my dad some cheap tops and it was super cheap! Everything was 70% off and it was awesome. But there is an annoying worker who was hassling me to sign up for a Kohl’s card. Man, he would not give up!!!

I always hear people raving about Kohls… but I don’t really see what the big deal is. I just find this place be totally disorganized and hard to get around. And its super annoying how the customer service desk at this store is all the way at the back corner of the store… it took me like ten minutes to find it! I don’t know, maybe if this place was majorly reorganized it wouldn’t be half as bad…
