My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today. We were very disappointed in the food. We ordered deep fried mushrooms for an appetizer, we were charged $ 3.95 for 5 mushrooms! We ordered gyros, which were supposed to come with fries. No fries, and the gyros were tiny. The meat was the frozen imitation stuff, not the real stuff. We will not go back.

My girlfriend and I went there Tuesday (4÷28÷15) as we usually do for Wing Night. Wings are great by the way! Food wasn’t the issue. It was the service that sucked! For example, on an evening when you know the place is probably going to be packed, which it was, wouldn’t it behoove the business to make sure more than just one person is scheduled to work, rather than have the bartender, who’s attention should only be given to the bar, which didn’t have an empty seat, also work the floor as a waitress or try to that is. I’ve been in the restaurant business for a while. I get it. «Try to cut costs «. But look at the overall picture. Bartender trying to be waitress causes delays in time of service, and the customer shouldn’t have to wait longer just because the staff shortage caused a longer waiting time. I observed customers waiting extensive periods of time to place their orders and waiting for orders. 2 people are definitely needed. Trying to save less than minimum wage/​hour for an extra body will cost you more in the long run. And as far as the girl who was working, she definitely needs additional training. I don’t care how long she says she’s been there. Her people skills are bad except for having been obnoxiously loud while trying to scream to just talk over the blaring jukebox. And trying to get her attention just to get a water refill took way too long. She spoke rudely to me when I asked her for something. I would suggest that at least 2 more people be hired to work there, as having one person trying to do everything just doesn’t cut it, especially this girl. I think her name was Alice? Won’t be going back there for a while. Maybe.

Hands down the best place for wings in the Niles area. The prices are great, you won’t over pay here like you do at other chain wing places. I haven’t had a flavor that I didn’t enjoy and I’m a huge fan of their loaded fries. They are the best I’ve ever tried in my life.
I recently moved out of Niles and I miss Gasoline Alley so much. I have never ate inside the restaurant, I’ve always gotten carry out. So I’m not sure what the inside is like.
