Bath & Body Works

I like Bath and Bodyworks. This one is particularly nice because after a visit or two, they seem to know your name and what you have in tastes. Now THAT’S nice.
The scents are clean and not overpowering. The men’s products are not overly cloying, and they have quite a nice selection. My only problem is I WISH the men’s collection also came in travel sizes. It would be nice to take the smaller sizes when I go on trips. But that’s up to the company itself, not the individual stores.

This location is really convenient for me and I find it’s a great place to pick up small, inexpensive gifts for friends (or for myself)! The sales people are very helpful and the store is always spotless and attractively arrayed. Some things are pricey but if you sign up for emails, they will tell you about upcoming sales. They always seem to be running some sort of special promotion. Several times I have received coupons good for a free travel size item with no purchase required. I like the deep cleansing hand soap and coconut based body lotions. I use a lot of lotion in the wintertime to keep my hands from cracking, and in the summer I apply it after swimming. I like the fact that it doesn’t feel greasy. There really is a difference between their products and the stuff they sell in discount stores.

Employees are very nice and helpful. I asked questions on certain items and they knew how to answer my questions. The store was clean and organized.

The lotion and soap smells amazing. The store smells fantastic, too. Only thing is, the music is super loud.

My favorite store! The employees are super helpful and nice. They always say hello to me by name when I stop in. I will go out of my way to go to this BBW just because of the staff.

Stopped in here to use a gift card I got for Christmas. The store is very clean and well stocked. What I especially liked was that despite the fact it is loaded with all kinds of scents, the smell in the store is pleasant. Some places I have gone into have given me headaches from the over powering smells.
B&BW is set way back in this large strip mall. Had I not been looking for the one nearest my home, I doubt I would ever have stumbled across this place.
They offer some very nice deals. I stocked up on scented candles and a really nice tote bag. Made for a fun afternoon.

I recently scored a new job so I wanted to treat myself to a little something and thought B&B Works would be an economical way to go. This is a great store because it is not inside a mall –it is a singe store in a strip mall and is never crowded! I had smelled this WONDERFUL new scent called Butterfly Flower several months ago and had been thinking about purchasing it ever since. When I got there, I had the pleasure of meeting sales clerk Rhiannon (kind of like Rhianna meets Shannon, cool huh? She explained however that her parents named her after a Fleetwood Mac song.) Anyway, she was the sweetest and most knowledgeable girl ever! I normally am not into a «sales pitch» but Rhiannon wasn’t trying to «sell» me something. I genuinely believed she was just really passionate about her job and really just wanted to let me know about all the great products. She was young, down to earth and just cute as a button. I see some management or corporate training opportunities in her future! So she introduced me to «P.S. I Love You Spring Fling» another deeeelicious scent and I was hooked. I took advantage of their «Buy 3, Get 2 Free» deal which included the bottled perfumes. So I scored the perfume I had been coveting as well as got a free body spray as part of the deal –so it was really like «Buy One, Get One Free.» Love it! Now I smell alllll good, my boyfriend liked the scents –it was a win win for everyone involved! Thanks, Rhiannon [ella, ella ella, eh eh! Sorry, had to go there!]

Interesting location for this store– I’ve only seen them in malls before.
Great location, great products. There’s always something new to check out. Better yet they always give out coupons and freebies (I got a free canvas beach bag today).
It would be cool if this location would carry ALL the brands that the one at Woodfield does, but I understand why it doesn’t. I will definitely come back. Great staff, clean store, fun products!
