I called Eddie because I was having trouble with a new thermostat. He talked to me about the problem and asked me to send some pictures. Whereas he could have come out and fixed it, he was nice enough to tell me my options for DIY and save me some cash. I thought that was very nice and generous. So while he hasn’t done work for me yet, he’ll be the first person I call should I need!
