I’ve been to this particular one many times. They screw up the order probably half the time.
For example tonight my boyfriend and I went… he ordered no sauce on his sandwich and it was on the receipt as such but got sauce anyway. I ordered the spicy honey bbq boneless wings and got regular honey bbq. We both asked for easy ice on both drinks and it was more than ¾ of the way full of ice.
The service is rarely spectacular. You always have that random one or two employees that are friendly/​in a good mood, but usually they don’t greet you/don’t smile and I’ve even met an order taker/​cashier who was downright rude like she had the worst day of her life.
I continue to go because I enjoy the food and it’s the closest location to my house.
The managers are always very polite, professional, and more than willing to give a free meal for your experience.
Tonight I was offered our meal made correctly for free if we come back, plus a gift card for the same amount so we can get it again. OR we could choose to just come back and get our meal if we mentioned the mgr’s name. It confused me to offer two different scenarios, and it almost seemed like a joke, but I guess it’s not a bad thing; if we hadn’t had such long days and were already settled in probably would’ve taken him up on the former.

Their chicken is so good! I love the tongue torch sauce it’s yum o licious! My husband loves the zensation salad when they have it. They have a kids night and a large family meal!!! Luv dis place
